  Copy the library from the internal drive to the external drive. You can then open the library on the external hard drive by double clicking it and check, if the copy does not work.

  Photos has no tools to merge libraries. You can use both libraries alternating, or export the photos of a library and import them into the other library.

  Or use the application PowerPhotos to merge the two libraries move photos from one library to another.

  You will need the full version and paid f PowerPhotos to do.

  Click on organize-> select "folder and search options" and got to the general tab. It could be two boxes "show all files" and "automatic indicator of current folder" (or the same name - is not Win 7 us). Just check the two options.   If I understand you correctly, you want to transfer photos from your OneDrive account for a Web site. I would certainly help allows you to move the files.

  Unfortunately, there is no direct way to transfer the photos to a different Web site. I suggest to download these images on OneDrive account and upload them to your Web site.
