move Sidebar gadgets on the desktop
When I placed my vista sidebar gadgets on my desk instead of in the fixed sidebar, they move slowly to the left side of my screen whenever I restart my pc. Someone else also has this problem? And how you can solve this problem, so that the gadgets get a position fixed on the desktop?

That looks like what happens is the resolution changes. When you play certain games, the resolution is automatically changed to correctly display the game. If a game is not completely compatible with the operating system of development, small changes can occur, such as when the resolution is changed after the game, gadgets are not delivered to the original location.
Another flaw, could be 3rd party applications that start with Windows. Try to perform a cleanboot to determine if it could be a possible cause as well. Full instructions on these steps are located here.

You cannot move an icon in the Dock on the desktop. Right click (Control-click) the icon in the Dock, select Options, select Show in Finder. A Finder window opens with the selected application. Now click (or Ctrl-click) on the right and select Create an Alias. This will create an alias/shortcut to the app-drag the icon of the alias of the Application on the desktop folder. You can now drag the icon on the Dock and 'remove' to let go of it.
If the icon you want the desktop is not an application the same instructions apply. Simply find the origin and do an alias to the drag on the desktop.

Is it possible to only use the keyboard to move a window on the desktop?
I have a lot of fun trying to do it all with just the keys and trackpad not. One that I'm missing and it would be very useful would be to find a way to move windows with just the use of keys. I expect the arrows would be involved, but to do something about the window I want to move.
I believe you can use the best tool to touch (http://www.bettertouchtool.net) to assign keyboard shortcuts to move the windows.

2 are you able to access the folder and all its contents?

This problem occurs due to lack of scripting Runtime check. Save the file vbscript.dll from an admin command prompt solves the problem. Follow these steps:
Method 1:
(a) open an Admin command prompt window. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator.
(b) type the following command and press ENTER:

CANNOT ACCESS THE SIDEBAR GADGETS
I just lost my gadget sidebar clock and calendar. I am running windows 7 ultimate. I right click on the sidebar and click gadgets, nothing opens. I went into the Control Panel, try opening the desktop gadgets, nothing happens. I tried to restore gadgets to which has been installed with windows, nothing happens. the stock market weather gadget and gadget are always on display in the sidebar, but the gadget does not open. I tried to enter the Gadgets on the start menu and typing of the gadgets in the search. Takes me for Panel configuration, but gadets only opens or restoration.

I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below.
Step 1:
a. press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on the keyboard to access the Task Manager.
b. click the processes tab and end sidebar.exe that runs on the system by clicking the sidebar.exe process and pressing the end task button.
Now open the gadgets on the system and check if the problem is resolved.
Step 2:
I suggest scan SFC (System File Checker) on the system and check if the problem is resolved. Follow the steps mentioned below.
a. Click Start, click principally made programs, accessories, right-click on command prompt and select run as administrator.
b. click on continue or provide administrator credentials if prompted.
c. in the type in the following command prompt window and press ENTER:
sfc/scannow
d. you should see the following message on the screen:
§ Begin the analysis of the system. This process will take time.
§ Beginning verification phase of system scan.
e. audit % complete.
f. once the scan is complete, a test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved or not.
