  Check to see if the player will now play a DVD correctly.

  If it still does not work, click on the Menu start, open the all programs, open accessories, right-click on command prompt and select "run as Administrator".  In at the prompt, type the following command and press ENTER.

  sfc/scannow                (Note that there is a space between sfc and /)

  Let the entire process, then the output type and press ENTER.

  Then, click on the Start Menu, open Control Panel and click Device Manager.  Click to open the CD/DVD-ROM drives.  Right-click on the drive and choose uninstall.  Do not delete if requested drivers.  When the device has been uninstalled click the icon 'Search for hardware changes' (usually just below help in the toolbar).  Let windows reinstall the disc and see if it now plays a DVD.

  If none of the above helped, and given that your laptop is less than a year, I would highly recommend that you contact HP using the link below and make arrangements for the laptop to be repaired if it is still under warranty.

  For almost instant playback, you need to do:

  2.5 Mbit/s in Standard definition

  6 Mbit/s in 720 p high definition

  8 Mbps for high definition 1080 p

  .. slower .all and AppleTV has "buffer" by downloading some of the film first to avoid the power button during playback.

  ITunes rentals are fixed quality, while Netflix and other often use adaptive rate connections reduce the quality for internet slower and they will often play immediately when an AppleTv must buffer.

  If you keep restarting it may start from scratch every time - and also using AppleTv for other functions, while the wait could wipe out any content in the buffer (it was ATV 2 and 3).

  There are other possible causes, but the first thing to look at is the speed of your connection.

  MY screen for the iPhone 5se movements on its own (usually the opposite). If I Zoom in, we zoomed out but it does this several times quickly until I raise my finger.   That sounds like a hardware problem. Your iPhone is brand new, so you can always take it to Apple, the Apple Store for further diagnosis.

  I used my PS CS4 and Lightroom 5 yesterday, but when I tried to open PS (both by itself and through Lightroom edit) it opens and then jumps to the bottom of my computer screen - below of the taskbar.  I can't close it or move it.  I use Windows 7 and a computer 4Ram.  I've never had a problem before and had no signs of a yesterday.  I'm if happy that I finished my project work yesterday, while I had the time to understand this out today without a lot of stress.

  I would like to take a screenshot of the screen PS but since I can't get I can't do that either.  When I try to move the screen, click on one of the menus - I get the warning sound and can't do anything.

  It's very weird.  I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but I can't access the menu to remove this computer from my PS CS4 software, so I don't know if I have to do that either.

  Welcome to the Community Forum of HP.

  You certainly have a hardware problem.

  There are threads of connection - small wires that connect the display to the rest of the computer which can be crushed, loose or disconnected.  Damage or disconnect can happen anywhere: from one of the ends of the connection point on the map of the computer where all the components most lies along the son in the hinge area - where the wires could be crushed - at the other end of the wires where they connect to the components in the display screen, antennas, webcam microphone or radio, wireless, or other components.  This damage can occur at any time to any computer age.

  It's sad.

  If the problem is broken wires, the situation is not hopeless: the good news is that such problem is not generally expensive to correct is not a death knell for a healthy computer.  In other words, it may be useful to have the computer by a qualified professional and trust.

  You can call HP, or you can take the computer to the local House of reliable repair.  The problem can usually be quickly diagnosed by a qualifed technician once that he / she can see the computer.

  You should, while you can backup your data to an external location.

  You should, while you can, save your most sensitive to a second external location data - say a USB key so that you can - if you need it - put these data on another computer while this computer are fixed.
