  I'm so glad you were able to install Acrobat Reader! Although I'm not sure what you mean by: money Adobe, want to solve the problem.  As useful as a pocket in a singlet!

  Regarding the Flash - I have not seen this problem before. Have you looked at the Flash forums? http://forums.Adobe.com/community/flashplayer/installing_flashplayer

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  To type text in languages based on characters, Chinese and Japanese, for example your computer, follow these steps:

  1. open regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click clock, language, and region, and then click regional and Language Options.

  2. click on the tab keyboards and languages and then click Change keyboards.

  3. under installed services, click Add.

  4. double-click on the Japanese (Japan), you want to add, double-click text services, that you want to add, select the text services options you want to add, and then click OK.

  If you are not able to find it then you must install the Japanese language pack from the link below.

  Third party extension and plug-ins?

  If Safari is slow, unresponsive, which closes unexpectedly, or has other issues

  The safari Extensions, Internet plug-ins, and other modules are designed to improve or customize the browsing experience.   Disable the Safari Extensions

  • Input methods
  • InputManagers
  • ScriptingAdditions

  If the removal of the files in these folders solves the problem, quit Safari again and gradually put the files until you find the one at the origin of the problem:

  1. Open the Recycle Bin and select one of the files that you removed. Chose file > back up. The file back to its folder.
  2. Open Safari and see if the problem returns.
     • If the issue is returned, you have identified the add-on causing the problem. Do not use or contact its manufacturer for an updated version.
     • If the question does not return, quit Safari and put back another file.

• Photos - El Capitan: Photos tried to repair the library 'Photos', but is unable to open it.

  I keep getting the message that the unsuccessful repair and the library cannot be opened. Pictures worked with Yosemite. I upgraded to El Capitan on my old iMac... backup with Time Machine and installed the backup on my new iMac. Photos will not open now - I get the error message. The files are in the back (all 67 GB!), but I can't open this photo library.

  I have tried the Apple Support community for some kind of solution, but have yet to see a reasonable solution posted or simple suggestions on how to solve the problem.
