• inDesign update and now the mouse will not drag/repositioning objects

  Just open inDesign for the first time after the most recent update (which I think that I've updated yesterday). Have found that I can not drag/reposition the objects with the MOUSE - Although everything can be moved with the arrow keys or by entering the values digital location. The key to the question here is 'move' (or 'slide', if you prefer). I can RESIZE with the mouse... but no repositioning bounding boxes. In fact, the functions normally accessible by or otherwise used by a mouse work - with the exception of drag.

  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled a couple of times, but no change. I'm using an iMac with OS 10.11.2

  Please, try to restart the Mac in safe mode and check the performance of the application.

  Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support

  If the application works in safe mode. Try to restart and check if it works in normal mode.

  Also if you have the third party extensions installed on any browser, try to remove them and restart and check if that helps.

• The mouse will not suddenly drag clips

  I'm in the middle of a commercial project using Premiere Pro v 13.3 Blue Fox.  All of a sudden I can't drag clips on the timeline with my mouse autour.  I just updated my OS X El Capitan v 10.11.6 and I suspect that maybe that's the problem, but not sure.  The batteries in the mouse are very good and any other program that I use; the mouse works fine.

  I can click on a clip, delete etc. using the keyboard, but no travel and no dropouts.  If I click on an element to set, red trim bar shows but when I try to set the scrolls any chronology and without cropping.  Its as if the first does not include mouse controls more.  I checked the forums and this problem has happened before to others however none of the solutions I've seen so far does apply in this case.

  Dear all,

  I create two titles for a video project, but I want to copy some of the text of a title and to include also in the two title.  I can't get the copy/paste feature works from a title to the second.   It is sticky old copy which seems to be frozen in the copy function and is not the text that I want.  Is it possible to empty the copy that seems to have stopped in the function of memory copy and get the new text in?  I don't want to double tap.  I even tried creating a new title 3, but this old text is still to come through!

  In addition, PP suddenly won't close.  I have to close it several times before, she leaves.  I don't know if you're having an impact any on the other.

  Simply create a new title based on the current title and delete the parts you don't want.

  You may have inadvertently disabled the software Toshiba Touchpad controller.  You could go back to MSCONFIG to check if it is listed.  Or you may need to download again on the Toshiba site.

  You can also use system restore to restore the registry in how it was previously (in recent days).  Learn how on this in the option #1 here.

  Sorry I should have to take a look at this earlier, but you have several versions of Flash installed. Having multiple versions of the same plug-ins can cause problems.
