Mozilla ISP's database can't find my existing email address so what should I put in?

I downloaded Thunderbird to my new to me but venerable computer Dell laptop running Windows XP.

I ask to find my existing email account - what is orange, but was originally with Freeserve - this is reflected in the name.

You bird said ISP of its Mozilla search database - and it does not find my existing account.

It gives me the ability to manually enter the various things, but I don't know what I should be entered.

Someone suggest a way forward?

Thank you
