I had a problem a few months ago this onc I put a CD in the CD/DVD drive, it can't read and rejected and ask to put a readable CD, then I run Mr. Fix and the problem disappeared. recently just the same problem, I tried Mr.Fix but it cannot solve the problem, then it is there another way to solve the problem
Best regards
Ramzi salameh
Hello
Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as it is often the set of operations which solves the problem.
Try this double click Control Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - device - tab - click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive of the driver - UNINSTALL - REBOOT this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.
Then work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, might have a cable loose or slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables at both ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and contacts data with a pencil eraser.
Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the system manufacturer and the manufacturer of the device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.
===============================
Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (burn CD & DVD and CD and DVD read). Therefore, it is not unusual for 1 or 2 rooms with not so work that others do it properly.
Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are some entries in the registry that the troubleshooter does not solve, and those who "could" be the cause.
Check with your system manufacturer Maker and device for possible firmware updates and the correct registry entries for your car.
These are the keys in my opinion, are those in question - secondary-keys for the CD/DVD drive of course because there will be other subkeys in these keys. Be sure to ask specific keys involved as well as the parameters.

Satellite A200 PSAF0A - cannot use the DVD writer / reader more
Hello
Anyone has any advice on this?Laptop: Satellite A200, PSAF0A
Require: DVD burner / player sofware. My hard drive died last week, so a techno guy installed a new and reinstalled the OS (Vista)... everything works fine. But don't have Toshiba Utilities for the use of the DVD burner / player more. Where is it? I downloaded the player to DVD from Toshiba, but it does not work. It doesn't do anything. Media player plays sound but no video.
The software that I used to play DVDs accompanying the package when I bought it; InterVideo WinDVD I remember well.
I downloadeded V 8, but it does not work either. I need Codecs etc, right?Looked at Toshiba Europe site for the DVD player, but I think it's the same DVD s/w that I have already downloaded.
But there is no download of my model, PSAF0A (Satellite A200) in all cases.I do not have the CD - they are comfortable in another country! (Unless, of course, my nephew is using them as a frisbee that could well be the case). Help!
It seems that Toshiba do not publish the DVD software on the site... maybe its due to the issues of the region / license?
Try AVS DVD Player (its free).

Right now I can't read all white or written on DVD/R is the most annoying question... Is this just a reader of trash? I wait too long? Yours confused
Hello
You know that not all CD/DVD media are compatible with all readers.
As far as I know that you will find information about the support of CDs and DVDs in the user manual.
However, I use TDKs and I m very satisfied with them.
In my opinion, you should test several media. -

DVD decoder not installed?
I went to play a DVD on my computer this evening and received this msg: Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because no compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.
A few weeks ago, I played DVD on my computer. I would like to know what is happening. Any ideas/suggestions?I tried to play one of the same DVDs I played before... same message. Nothing to my knowledge has been removed from my computer and I'm the only one with access... "very confused.
Thanks if anyone can help.
Yes, and if you install the utility on your system, you'll see all decoders.
The utility will also tell you if a decoder is compatible or not.
Using Media Player version 10 or 11?
the utility tells me I have no decoder... the only thing I can think is that if I actually deleted it... I rarely remove anything because I do not add a lot... but it is possible a few weeks ago, I have to get rid of some things (I'm quite cautious because I'm not an expert). It is the Media Player version 11, I was trying to use... but I rebooted now 10 to see if there was something to update related that mess.
because I used the VLC Player successfully, I have not yet tried Windows Media Player (since WMP reloading and load the codec pack)
So great to have the entry of a person who knows what he's doing. Thanks again. I will try the Windows Media Player later and see if I have his use of return.
Have a great day!

"Adobe" is the name of the company that provides a great many different applications.
Adobe Reader is free and allows you to view pdf files.
Adobe Acrobat is expensive and allows you to create, edit and view pdf files.
Assuming that you are referring to the reader, uninstall all the versions of it using the control panel > add or remove programs. Then either
