MR1212nf MFP: Y at - he in favor MF1212nf MFP on windows 10?

I've recently updated (?) of Windows 7 Pro for Windows 10 Pro

Since I was not able to use my printers on that system.  Verification by the drivers of HP gave no help, the driver Wizard says that the printer is not supported.

I'll try to find out whether the printers will be supported at some point in the future, cannot afford to buy a new printer, simply because MS decided to charge a new OS.

My printers are a MF 1212nf MFP and a former 7660 Smart of Photo

My operating system is Windows Pro 64 bit 10

My old operating system is Windows 7 Pro don't know if 32 or 64 bit

Hello

1. 1212nf MFP: please use the software and the following driver:

http://ftp.HP.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL32629/im-80811-7/LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe

2 photoSmart 7660: unfortunately no driver for Windows 10, but you can use Windows 10 updates to install the driver of Basic for you to print.

Kind regards.

  • HP Laserjet M277dw MFP: HP Laserjet Pro M277dw - low memory/job cancelled MFP & 49 WINDOWS service error

Ok.  I've seen other messages with this error.  But I think mine is a little different.

The problem: Prnter will not print anything at all, even a test page.  It will not copy anything either.  Low memory - cancelled job message comes up / have worked perfectly for 2 days, and then it started.

Printer is connected via the network (wired), but I have tried wireless also.

Software is installed on a machine windows 10.

In addition to the windows machine, print requests are sent to her through the network via an iPad and an iPhone.  HPeprint is also used.

Troubleshooting: I did the following in trying recify problem:

Printer disconnected everything on during 30 seconds.

    Reset the default printer

Redid the installation of the network via the touch screen

Deleted printer in windows and deleted driver packages.  Reinstalled using the supplied software.  Also tried to install using "add a printer" in windows.

Possible corrections that do not go to work or to me:

Put in place as a printer IP - he loses the feature and choose but in addition to the drivers manually to scan etc...

Connect via USB to the computer - if I do this do not lose the ability for the iPad and iPhone to print on the printer - or at least makes this dependant on the computer is turned on and sharing put in place

I will say that after I tried to implement the prnter using "add a printer" in windows, I couldn't get the printer to print the test page - nothing happened, but did not get the memory error message.  I removed from the print queue and even deleted all the files in the subdirectory of coils in system32...  ButI cannot get rid of the printer now under "devices and printers" in the Panel...

Help, please!  Pulling left what my hair on...

    Thank you

    THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.

After several weeks of rtying many different things to fix problems

    (1) after installing the new modem Arris double band by carrier Internet, printer would no longer.  First issue was an error of memory.  After reset printer would no longer at all

    (2) I tried installing and uninstalling printer wireless in several ways, ethernet and USB.  Printer would never even print a test page.  Attempts to print the pages of any other report or configuration would result in the 49 service error

    (3) BrightHouse (carrier) was 3 separate times to tweak the modem, try to uninstall and reinstall the printer, etc.

The problem turns out to be that with some modems, HP can not communicate over IPv6 with modem you (they don't play well together using IPv6) either because of the HP or the modem, HP likely due to the fact that he always seems to be HP printers with this problem.

Here are the steps I took finally solved this.  Please note that the solution came from a technician BrightHouse to a different Web site.  I'm just passing along the info in case it helps others:

    (1) completely uninstall the printer from the PC, including the printer, he installed all the software, drivers and all the ports that you may have created trying to recify problems

    (2) to shut down the computer

    (3) disconnect the ethernet cable from the printer (as applicable)

    4) click on the reset button on the home screen to reset to the default values for the printer

    (5) do a cold reset the printer (people of email support the HP for the procedure)

    (6) on the interface of the printer (screen), go into the settings; network settings, network services.  Here you will see IPv4 and IPv6.  Disable IPv6.  Don't mess wth IPv4 (leave it on).

    (7) plug the ethernet cable into the printer or activate/configuration of wireless settings using the printer (screen) interface.

    8) turn on the computer

    (9) install the printer using the CD that came with it or installation software downloaded from the HP website.

I'm not sure that each of these steps is absolutely necessary, as step 4, but that's what I did...

I saw so many messages on the internet with HP printers not install correctly and launch a 49 service error instead.  Not sure how those problems, This applies.  But HP needs to fix this issue with their printers IPv6 or at least try to find the cause...

I tried to use HP Universal Print Driver PCL6 and PCL5. Printer has been detected, but does not work. Document sent to the printer pool and that's it.

About official support website is only the printer driver via USB.

    Thank you

I found the good advice that works (with drivers for this model, not the HP Universal Print Driver)!

"In the properties of the printer-port > uncheck"Enable bidirectional support"until the communication problem is resolved in HP driver."

    Problems:

    1. I wanted to send a fax from the computer but couldn't find controls cover page to put a message on the cover page.

    2. There is no Preview Fax button.

    4. how to import addresses? Aid is said to use the address book in Internet Explorer, but IE is not an address book.

It tells me that the Windows 7 driver for this printer is very disabled compared to XP driver that has these features. HP Director software which is running XP is also unavailable, is there a download for HP Director?

    Hello

Some of the features HP full feature has changed:

Regarding your 1st question, the page function Fax coverage provided is no longer, since version 7 of the HP Solution Center software.

Overview of Fax option is no longer available for newer models with the center of Solutio HP as well.

So, by testing the newer models, the highest quality of Fax listed as high.

As for question 4, the address book relies on Windows Contact:

    1. Click the Start button
    2. Type of Contacts in the search bar, you will find the Contacts application
    3. Follow these steps to import contacts:
      http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/import-export-or-change-the-format-for-contacts

HP Director is not compatible with Windows7, the HP Solution Center is the only version available for your printer for Windows 7.

  • Cannot install HP M1132 multifunction on victory. 7 64 - bit

    Hello

I can't install a M1132 MFP on Windows 7 64-bit. I tried three different computers and laptops, and after installation is complete, he says that he has failed.

I also tried to install it on a victory of 7 32-bit and it works without any problem. I tried to change the USB cable, they are 1.8 m in length, so the length of the cable should not be a problem.

I'm naïve, I just bought the printer and I think to send for the guarantee.

If anyone faced this problem before, please answer.
    Thank you 1 billion.

    See you soon!

    Hi CatalinMCL,

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!

I understand that you get an error when you install the printer on Windows 7 64-bit computers.

I'll be happy to help you.

Are you logged on as a computer administrator?

You want to use the normal USB 2.0 slot not the latest USB 3.0.

USB 3.0 are supposed to be backward compatible.

Do a msconfig to disable startup programs which could interfere with the installation.

Click Start, in the search box type in run, enter, and then type msconfig, click OK.

    Click the Services tab.
Click to select the hide all Microsoft Services check box.
Click Disable all, and then click OK.

Then click on the tab at the top of the start page.
    Click Disable all.

    Restart the computer.

    Temporarily disable any Antivirus software.

    Then run the installation again.
Do not connect the USB cable until you are prompted.

    Test the printer again.

Then go back into msconfig and enable Microsoft Services and enable all Startup tab.

    Turn on the Antivirus software.

If you still having problem follow the steps described in this document I have provided. Improve the performance of the system without adding memory (Windows 7).

Please let me know if this solves the problem or if you need further assistance.

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.
    Have a wonderful day!

  • Windows cannot communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server)

I have Windows 7 and quite often when it looks like I'm connected, but I can't go anywhere on the internet, I have run the diagnostics and I get the message that Windows does not recognize that I am connected.  This started happening about a month.   Sometimes, if I refresh the connection, it works. Sometimes I reboot the radio (I'm on an antenna system) and the ethernet is hard plugged into my lap and then it will work.  But the problem persists.

I want a permanent solution to this problem

    Thank you

    Hello cicada.

    Thank you for your reply,

To help solve your problem better, could you give us the following information?

    1. Your computer is connected to a domain network?

I suggest you to disable any third-party firewall/antivirus that can cause this problem. I suggest to temporarily disable the firewall/antivirus and check if it helps.

Please get back to us with useful information to help you better.

    Thank you

In response to 1. ... Not that I know

I'll have to think about whether I want to disable McAfee. I is not comfortable to feel online without anti virus or firewall... actually it's scared the * out of me. I'll see if I can find a way to do and do not get slammed with * from the Internet

Well, Mr. Ameen, I disabled the McAfee Firewall in favor simply by using Windows Firewall. I made this 3 days ago and I have not had the problem since then, so I'm blaming McAfee.  I wonder if they'll believe me when I tell them and tell them in as nice a way as I can: D.
    Thank you!!!
