  Have you tried using the method of "Fix corrupted profile ' to implement
  another profile? Make and keep additional ADMINISTRATOR accounts.

  Run SFC/scannow and checkdisk to try to solve the problems of corruption.

  I work for a large IT company that handles sever platforms and different areas, so I know this isn't a problem hardware or GPO.  We started to see a lot of questions from 25/09/14.  I see what is happening across several different clients so I know this isn't just a matter of site.

  Users are currently connected to the PC with a Temp profile.  Now, I'm going in and delete the registry key and they are then able to log into it then, but then I have to re-setup profile here once again.  We do not use roaming profiles.  Use us on some site login for the folder redirection scripts and creating drives mapped, but that's all.

  The only things in common to all of these sites, is that PC under Windows 7 32 & 64 bit with Server 2008 and 2013.

  Someone else see what type of questions or know an update could be the cause?

  Windows Vista does not clear the trash automatically on closing of session/reboots. This must be due to a third-party program (CCleaner / Zone Alarm clear function Cache) you have installed. You may need to consider starting applications and find which of them is the compensation the basket every time.

  I have no experience with Windows - that your approach is correct. The contents of these directories will not be overwritten - will add new files in these directories. As always, take a full backup of the existing House before you install a new home - and test on all those processes and steps on a test server (and validate) before touching production servers.

  Regarding services, you must unregister and register again using the ORADIM - see step 7 in MOS Doc 1276368.1
