  I have a problem with certain measures RTD with the PXI-6289, SC-2345 and SCC-RTD01 setup. I have implemented a DAQmx task in the project, using the following schema:

  Name: RTD_Temperatures

  0 to 250 degrees f.

  1mA external excitation

  Acquisition mode: 1 sample (on request)

  I use a wire 4 PR - 12 RTD of Omega. I've also attached the code what I am about.

  My problem is that I don't get the good value of the PXI for RTD temp. I measure the resistance of the probe (109.3 ohms) with a voltage of 0.109V. Using these values, I checked the source of 1mA expected excitement. By raising the resistance of the probe and comparing it to a table of R/T, the temperature should be ~ 75 degrees (who felt all right). However the "temperature", I read of the PXI was 562. I have 5 different channels, and each channel read the same thing when the probe was connected to it. Without a connection to a probe, it was-400 or more. I think it was just due to no connection. I am concerned about the high concentration.

  I modeled the code after a thermocouple VI we use already and has proved its worth. Thermocouples connect to the other the 6289 through a SCC68 connector. I thought changing the task to a task of RTD DAQmx would be sufficient. The filter is just a smoothing filter. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

  BLUF: When you use the SC2345 and SCC-RTD01, create a new device in MAX under your PXI for the SC2345 and configure the modules you have in each slot of the SC2345. Create a task in MAX (or project), and then select the SC2345 / MOD #: I # (or something similar to that) as the physical read channel.

  I finally thought to her last minute yesterday! I have been setting up tasks in MAX under the card/slot DAQmx which had connected SC2345. It seemed logical to me; but my assumption was that the module RTD conditioning the signal and an output value (voltage or what not) to the card and the user just read what is on the card. But I had to in order to operate, the installer places the SC2345 as a new device in MAX under PXI devices. This brought a dialog box configure the SC2345 with the location of the RTD modules. After doing this, when I created a new task, new channel options for each module of the SC2345 appeared. Then you can choose what input of the module (ai0 or ai1) channel to read from. Configure the task to read the SC2345 / MOD #: ai0 instead of saying, PXISlot6/ai0 (where the SC2345 has been actually connected to PXI), gave correct results. I don't know what it means that, insofar as what is doing signal between the module and the PXI, but whatever he does, set up to read from the module worked well.

  I recommend you do the data type of the notifier a cluster that contains a path and a numeric (double).  The path indicates the reader what file to play.  Digital is the duration.

  Now in a way a bit complicated, but really good stop your second loop.  Do not use a second notification.  Instead, send the normal notification but not use a path for the path in the cluster.  Your second loop can write a check for the path of a not and stops when that is received.

  You can set the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx pref on the topic: config page on 1.0 or Windows 8 to 1.25 and if necessary adjust layout.css.devPixelsPerPx from 1.0 to 0.1 or 0.05 steps (1.1 or 0.9) do the icons to display properly.

• Reading data with NOR-5772

  I'm reading the data with the NOR-5772.  I tried the example code(NI_5772-Getting_Started_(Host).vi), and it will read noise (with nothing plugged into channels).   However when I try to send a signal (such as that generated with a NEITHER-DAQ card on the same system and routed to AI0/AI1), the signal does not change a lot of the noise.   I have the drivers updated and am under LabView 2012 (32-bit and 64-bit, I get the same result)

  Yes, the device is AC coupled and has a high pass filter.  There is a diagram of frequency response on page 20 of the user manual:

  It seems that the cuttoff frequency is about 100 kHz.

  Sorry for my beginner question. Is it possible to measure the duty cycle with myDAQ? If Yes, could you give me some advice please how? I want to measure the temperature with temperature probe SMT 160-30 with duty cycle output.  I tried the analog and digital inputs. In the case of the analog input, there is a problem with zero amplitude (error). If I use entry digital then output is 0 and Boolean variable 1 and I don't know how to proceed with the determination of the duty cycle. I use DAQ assistant so I will gratefull for the solution with the DAQ assistant.

  What you need to do, is to capture a waveform analog (PWM signal).  Then you perform a comparison on all data entered to see if it is greater than a threshold.  A typical threshold for a 5V signal is 2.5V.  That should translate into an array of Boolean.  Use then Boolean (0.1) followed by the average.  If you want a percentage, multiply by 100.

  So, when I it lorsque je l' exporte exported in swf (flash) it is not read on my iPad but it works on computer, rendering isn't exactly what need me. At least, everything works. When I export it en interactive pdf necessarily animations do not pass. Epub/HTML5 rendering is completely decomposed...

  Conclusion I thought I could export it in the form of folio, to put it online and have animations. Is this the right solution but how to do?

We must build a minimum install vRA lab 6.1 and used the SSO to the vCenter which is the endpoint lab (and ended up having problems when this vCenter SSO had to be rebuilt and in turn liquid reconstruction vRA). Building on a vRA 6.2 Distributed Lab (based on deployment in the 6.1 reference architecture) to validate our production plan and decided to use the identity.

If you are using vSphere SSO, when there are multiple vCenters one that should be used for SSO of vRA? If that vSphere SSO is never removed (say on the whole things are replaced by a central SSO for all vCenters rather than each on their own, or some issue needs to be rebuilt) is there a clean way to repoint SSO vRA without a reconstruction?

  What I did in this case is to build a fresh cluster SSO using vCenter SSO and pointing vCAC on this one. It becomes my main source of SSO and I slowly vCenters point and other components to it overtime. You usually put vCAC SSO signed certificates and generally I find people vCenter SSO deployment in this way. To remedy this trying to modify an existing SSO vCenters and risk having to reinstall your VC because you missed the CERT, simply create a new. This also alleviates a changing overtime vCenter and spoil the vCAC SSO. The unit of identity cannot be clustered or joining existing areas of SSO. So if you are looking for HA and scale which probably does not cut it.
