  I was driving to work today listening to an audiobook via Bluetooth to the car, and then suddenly cut book. I opened the iBooks app and my books have disappeared. iBooks are always there, just any audiobooks. At home, I have a MacBook Pro and iPad mini 2, both linked to the same account iTunes with the same music library. I'm at work, so I don't know if the other devices also lost the library.

  What I would recommend to do it is to see if a reset will work first pressing the power and the button "home" together it should solve the problem, otherwise I would try and then plug your phone to your laptop and reset as new there might be a mistake in the way he lost iOS to see if it can help

  You can try to burn the DVD in Windows Media Player, and then try to read the music files on the other machine & check if it works very well.

  You can run the Troubleshooter to library and check. You can also run the Windows Media player settings Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  I suggest to fix the Windows Media database as it might have become corrupted.

  Method 1: To do this, follow these steps:

  a. exit Windows Media Player.

  b. for Windows 7: click Start, run, %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player and then click on OK.

  c. Select all files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.

  Note: You don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

  d. restart Windows Media Player.

  Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

  Method 2: If this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps:

  a. exit Windows Media Player.

  b. If you run Windows 7, click Start, run, % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft, and then click OK.

  c. Select the folder Media Playerand then click delete on the file menu.

  d. restart Windows Media Player.

  Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

  I understand you encounter some problems of access to your content to Apple's music using the music app on your iPhone. I know it's important to have reliable access to your members of Apple's music! I want to make a few suggestions that can help you.

  Given that you have noticed the music app if crush, I recommend you restart your iPhone first. Once you have restarted the unit, open the music application and see if you still notice any problems.

  If the problem persists after restarting the iPhone, try to connect to your Apple ID in settings > iTunes and App Store. This will you sign out of your account Apple music and will remove all content you have saved on your device for offline listening. To do this, go to settings > iTunes and App Store and tap your Apple ID at the top of this page. Choose the option to disconnect, then connect you to the back using your Apple ID and password. Once you have signed in, open the music application and see if you continue to note any problems.

  I just went to try to play music on my iPad and my iTunes on my Windows laptop, 10, but to my surprise I discovered not only did I lost ALL my playlists but I lost a TON of my personal music (ripped from my own CD...   I recently bought a laptop from 15 HP with touchscreen and 8.1 of the window a few months ago and so far there has been any swell and dandy, but recently (today actually) the touchscreen does not work. I searched my computer the entire pen and touch option, but this isn't all of a sudden there. I don't know if it has turned off by it self or I accidentally disabled it myself, but I would really like to understand how this happened, because I don't want the touchscreen on. I looked at all the issues and the forums about this, but nothing seems to help. I think I might have to reinstall something. If I could help I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

My touch screen has actually started working after his fall in mode 'sleep' a few minutes previously, which was strangely strange to me, but I'll definitely keep this handy response for the next time, he decides to go out on me again, haha.   According to the description provided, looks like you are not able to access the files in the USB. The likely cause of this issue could be due to the virus that hides those files.

  I have a couple of steps that should help you to solve the problem.

  Method 1:

  Try the steps mentioned in this link and check if you are able to see the photos:

  With this try to uncheck these below the show hidden files temporarily and check:

  i. hide empty drives in the computer folder.

  II. Hide extensions of known file types.

  III. Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

  Note: Once the files are transferred, make sure that the options mentioned above are changed by default.

  Note: If you are able to see the files in the USB key, do a right click on the folder, and then click Properties. Uncheck the box hidden in the general folder and transfer the files.

  Method 2:

  Run a virus scanner and check:

  Virus is known to cause these problems. Scan your computer for the Microsoft Security Scanner, which allows to get rid of viruses, spyware and software malware.

  You cannot synchronize in usb or wifi if you subscribe to the Apple's music. The basic principle of the AM is that your iTunes library is scanned to determine what can be matched or must be downloaded. Once completed, all the music you will be available to listen to or download on your iOS device.
