Music not in order

When I got my new DX I last week I wanted to save time on transferringf music and photos on the DX of my Droid 1.  At the beginning I was going to just Exchange 16 GB cards, but for reasons I (don't) go into here that wasn't really an option.  So, I copied my music and photo files on my computer and then plugged my DX and put it on the SD card in my DX and voila, everything seemed fine.  All the pictures were there and in good order of date taken all my videos came more fine and all my came from more great music as well.  However, today, I wanted to listen to a particular album from beginning to end, starting with channel 1 all the way to the runway 18.  When I opened the album (on the album in the music player tab), it had all the songs in alphabetical order, which is not how they were listed in albums on my D1.  So my question is this.  Has this happened because of my method of transfer or is - something that the DX made when adding songs?  Finally, if it was because of the transfer method, and not just the way the DX does things, so is it possible to fix it without having to delete music and rearrange manually.  I mean I know it sounds like a small problem, but I'm really particular about my music and sometimes you want to listen to an album from end to end.

Read somewhere if you long press the album you want to listen to and select read from there, he plays in the right order.

    EUREKA!      Oh, Umesh P you have solved my problem.   Now works perfectly.    I may have updated 2010 but don't really know what version of WMP, I (come with XP 2005) I made many CDs & ripped music & have playlists.    Sometimes the songs that I select cannot be read because the player says they are used elsewhere so in this case I'm removing them from my makiong of playlists that I always have them in a folder.   I'm really not very good even if I was storing a lot of music years truly his trial & error but I didn't know that "shuffle" involved despite pick them up with the help.

  • Lost music notes?

    I recorded three different musical notes this morning and everything showed upward in my notes of music "library." However, when I closed out of the app and reopened, three files were lost. I have all my old files... all three this morning are the only ones missing. I was not only delete them - they themselves deleted somehow. Is there anyway to recover these files?

    Seems that an update has been posted to the app store today... maybe give that a try since people have been mentioned similar problems involving iCloud.

    I have an iPad2, MC775B/a. I read music notes runs on iPad 2 or above. I have iOs installed 9.2. Music notes will not install and I get a message saying that it is not compatible with my iPad.

    I think that the press release that suggests this will install on the iPad 2 is in error.

  • Lost file in music notes

    Hello

    As a musician, I was pleased to see the publication of music notes, but I recently had a very strange mess with files inside the app.

    I recorded a few memos the other night and returned to listen to them and was very pleased with the results. So, today, when I logged in music notes to send the file to my friend I got a message "the file 'output.xyz' is not." when I tried to export the song. All of the rope, the changes are still there, as well as the length of the song, but strangely, the waveform is not displayed. When I play another memo to music then come back and try to read one file, the other memo of music (that I played) plays instead, and I can't pause the song unless I go back to the note of other music and pause it.

    I really have no idea what's going on here. There my mysteriously deleted file itself? Is it possible to recover my file or it's gone forever?

    Here is a screenshot. Please note that the displayed waveform is not the track, I chose, but as I explained above is from another track.

    I had this same problem, and your photo confirms what I think was wrong with our files: records may not have slashes in their names for a reason any. I recorded several sketches of songs in signatures other than 4/4 time, and whenever I've included a signature name of the song I would face the exact same situation (in particular: "when I play another memo to music then come back and try to read a file, another note of music [...]") play instead of this, and I can not to pause the song unless I go back to the note of other music and pause here. »)

    Unfortunately I don't know any way to undo this. Rename the song does nothing. Apple will have to fix this bug at some point. But at least you know for the future do not put slashes in the name of the song in this application.

    I did a full restore and got 2.9 GB of free space, but in an hour (without using phone at all) I was at 0 MB of free space. Phone is unusable!

    Since your not sure what the 'others' are I would recommend you to restore your iPhone. I know that you will lose all your data, but not restore from a backup of iCloud so start as a new phone. You can back up your choice and if necessary to write all your contacts on a sheet of paper and then add hide them. Depending on the severity, you want that storage

  • Played music through media player, and now all the icons on my background have a photo of a music note and will not play

    Recently, I played music through media player and all of a sudden, all the icons on my bottom to have an image of a musical note.  Now, when I click on one of them, it says that windows media player is unable to play in this.  I don't know how, try now to go through the media player.  Help!

    This a problem running.

    What happens is that when you select multiple files, you select one of the files and the mouse is moved, even slightly, when you release the mouse button, all the selected files will be copied to the same folder. You must be very careful not to move the mouse when you select files.
