  I just turn on the download via connections counters my PC-> devices config->download via connections counters

  and then I tried to enter the following command at the command prompt run as administrator

  netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

  I downloaded the adobe flash player. It works for a little while, then later or the next time I start up tells me I need to install adobe flash player to display a web page (like youtube, ect.)   You can set Firefox so that it does not have the automatic updates as well. The settiing is in Options > Advanced Options > update.

  There are several solutions here and you have not specified what solution you have already tried and did not work. Check the posts here and specify what solutions did not work for your question.

  Additionally, you mention that you tried "installation of the wireless network" in Safe Mode. This means it that you were able to connect mode without failure, but not in the Windows? If so, you should try a clean boot to identify the item or service responsible for the error:

  The updates that are being invited to install are automatic updates.

  The message you get is offered by Windows 8 after that updates are downloaded and installed.

  If you do not restart your computer soon, Windows will force a restart of your computer two days after that it has installed new updates to complete their installation.

  You must restart your computer at a convenient time for you, rather than wait two days and have it suddenly reboot maybe at an inopportune time.

  I'll be edditing and first pro will freeze comes all of a sudden. It will not release little matter how long leave you it. I have to force quit and restart my project and I lost some work I did not save. It happens sometimes only every 30 minutes...   All of the new apps will not regenerate content news.  4th gen AppleTV.  A reboot updates/import new news stories.  I am rebooting apple TV every day!  A single application (ABC) has a date in him saying 'news' June 30 even and will not update to July 1 until I start apple TV!  I have sssume, since the problem is with all the applications that it is a matter of Apple TV or a network problem?
