  The latest OS fully supported for the FCP 7 was 10.6.8. All BONES after wasn't FCP 7 (the studio together, really) in terms of features. And no updates for applications is made to help it stay compatible. Apple dropped all support for the legacy of the PCF.  Now, the apps worked fine with 10.7 and 10.8... but then when 10.9 went out, compressor and QMaster and Motion did not work.  And now you're two versions after that.

  What should you do? Save all your files, wipe the hard drive and reinstall an operating system supported.  Or, since you have a Mac Pro... fall into another drive and install 10.6.8 10.7 or 10.8 then install FC Studio 3 on that and your project to this player.

  It is NEVER wise to update your operating system when you are in the middle of a project. And if update you, always clone your system to work so if things mess up, you can always go back. If YOU for some reason 10.11, and then make your computer several startup... different OS versions on different drives, or different partitions of a disk.

  But yes, the answer is that you go back to a supported OS version.

  You have placed your beam to insert at the end of your text on page 13 and then apply Insert menu: Page Break? In the v5.6.2, Pages I just add a new page to a section of four pages to this approach.

  There are a number of problems of running iMovie 11 under El Capitan, particularly with still pictures appears.  (It does not supports video 4K).  I recommend try iMovie 10.1.2 which you should be able to get in for free or may already have in your applications folder.  Although your camera model in particular is still not listed, I would expect it would probably work, and failing that you should be able to read files directly from the SD card if you put in an SD card reader.

  I'm working on a paper prepared by a different designer, I can't reach that person. When I use its forms, this works in Acrobat 8 Pro and Reader 9, users can fill out forms and save a copy. BUT, I made a change in the forms. I use the editing tools in Acrobat Pro 8, made a copy, but this copy has a problem: users cannot fill forms and save a copy in Reader 9. They can only print the form and fill it out by hand. I don't find no option for my forms made compatible with Reader 9 when I save the copy.

  You have an idea why the original human forms work but not mine? My client is a little crazy

  When they created the form filliable by player. They used the Advanced menu > extend player features...

  To make your changes, or you have to were supposed to go to the file menu and select Save a copy that would have removed the rights reader and allows editing of the form.

  So to make sure you can have drive to fill the form and allow him to be saved or filled and then sent you must return to the Advanced menu and extend the functionality of player... and select new, then save again.

  Note ther is a time 500 limitation by PDF made this way (meaning it can be filled with 500 times) the only other way is to use a special server configuration from Adobe. However, you need to be a company of 250 fortune to pay monthly fees to do this.

  In any case, for reasons to stay up-to-date with changes etc, I am considering buying the Office 2016 Home/Microsoft Office Student version. [absolutely not interested in 365].  That is the question... I had read here & there that it was high time pips between Office 2016 and El Capitan...

  All this is in the past now? I'd be interested to hear users who run Office 2016 House/student on a system of El Capitan.

  First, Office 365 is just a subscription service. All subscriber Office 365 is running the same version of Office as a Subscriber (although they have early access to the latest versions), so this isn't a problem.

  I use Office 2016 in my iMac and MacBook Pro, two of them with OS X El Capitan, and it works without any problem. These compatibility issues with OS X El Capitan were supposedly fixed with OS X 10.11.1 update.

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your Mac.
  2. Delete /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
