  When I sync my 5th Gen iPod on my computer, it feeds in the farm, where, if you try and sync too, the battery down 100% at a level where it disconnects automatically, with messages accordingly, including possible disk errors. The best I can squeeze out in a single synchronization is about 1.5 GB or more media.

  (And Yes, I know not if you uncheck the option Preferences (iTunes)-> devices-> prevent automatic syncing to my iPod, iPod sync, allowing it to be charged, and to find errors, if necessary.)

  For any recent iPod (after around 2004), the USB connection must supply to recharge the iPod when it is connected to the computer.  It is not charge OR sync.  It should be sync AND charge.

  However, since buying (not had long), the remote desktop connection drops and I can't reconnect to the Toshiba laptop.

  5. HAVE YOU TURNED OFF ALL THE POWER ON THE LAPTOP AND WIFI PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT, WHERE HE WOULD SLEEP.
