  My phone will only download Gmail attachments or app updates from the game store or any file to pdf from any webpage using Chrome, when I am connected to Internet via mobile, it works with 2 g / 3 g / 4 g.

  I am online and can browse with chrome, open emails or research in the game store but when I start to download it takes just forever and, finally, the download is canceled.

  When I'm online in any WiFi, it works fine.

  Phone and apps to have the latest updates installed. Download via mobile is activated in the game store.

  I had already downloaded the recent update on photoshop cc 2015 today without any problem, but could not enter the lightrm cc 2015 app update to download. Now, I get undefined error message.  How can I correct this situation so I can't enter the upgrade application correct ltrm.  I did leave the creative cloud on the office logo and no go.  I have a dell inspiron 386 computer with ie 11 is installed.  Have windows 7 hp.   I had my Toshiba with Windows 8 for almost 2 years and have never been able to log in to my account to Microsoft and download apps/updates. I've never had a need... Internet works very well and my connection.

On the off chance that I can get information from the newspaper to stick, I can't download apps. The green dots at the top as loading are just constantly moving and then returns that my internet connection is too slow, when I have all the bars.

  You may experience this problem if you are not able to connect to the internet through the modern UI or because of corrupted system files. Follow these methods and check if that helps:

  Method 1: First, try to run the troubleshooting of Microsoft account and check if it helps:

  It is on a single application, or more than one?  If more than one, click on all except one and get them to take a break.  Update one application at a time.

  Looks like a bug go to settings - iCloud back up now.

  After restore backup iPad back to the factory settings, this will get rid of any bugs.

  Use the same apple ID installs back over your WiFi when you are asked if you want to use iCloud backup say yes

  To retrieve all your apps / data.

  I've recently updated to iOS 9.3.1 and dicoveref that my apps cannot download or update. If I click on 'Update' or 'Get', the application will be displayed as "waiting" on the home screen, but will not start to download. I rebooted my iPhone several times without success. It's a 5s iPhone that has about 2 years.

  Try to reset the App Store:

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. You may be able to pick up the tab App Store covering scribbles to the left.

  Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  I understand that your iPhone is not able to connect to the App Store to download or update applications.  To start, I suggest that you follow the steps below.

  On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

  1. Make sure that your date, time, and time zone are correct. Tap Settings > general > Date & time. Time zone can list another city in your time zone.
  2. Make sure your iOS software is up-to-date. Tap Settings > general > software update to check for updates. You can also connect your iOS device to iTunes and click on search the update on the summary page of your device.
  3. Check and verify that you are in range of a Wi - Fi router or base station. If you use the cell service, make sure the cell data are lit settings > cellular. If you are connected to cellular data, large items can not download. You may need to connect to the Wi - Fi to download applications, videos and podcasts.
  4. Make sure you have an active Internet connection. Check your device Manual for Internet connectivity.
  5. Check if other devices, such as laptops, are able to connect to the network of Wi - Fi and Internet access.
  6. Reset the wireless router by turning and then again.

  If there is still a problem, learn what to do if your device connects to a Wi-Fi network.

  I use iPhone 64 GB with version iPhone 9.2.1 6s.

  Two months ago I faced a problem to update my iphone applications and it is resolved automatically. But since 2 weeks I am facing the same problem again. I'm not able to update my applications, even if I'm not able to download new applications. When I tried to install a new application, I got a pop-up saying "cannot download App (application name) could not be downloaded right now.

  I did not any jail break, but I tried a few ways to solve this problem, which are as follows:

  1 force reboot by pressing the lock + "home" button.

  2 disconnect from the App Store, then restart by force.

  3. set all parameters, but none of the above solved my problem.

  Please lookout the problem, I totally panic by this problem. Please help me and it is solved as soon as possible.

  Where ae you located?

  Is the payment method your ID associated with the location/country?

  Is that the same place where you bought the apps?

  Have you tried when it is connected to another network?

• iTunes App updates are no longer sync with iPhone

  I'm in iOS 9.2 on my iPhone and iTunes 12.3.2.35 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro.  It was that when I updated my apps on the iPhone and then sync the phone with iTunes, applications would be update automatically in iTunes and then appears in the Recycle Bin, ready to remove older versions of applications.  In this case is no longer, so now I have to update the applications on the iPhone and iTunes separately if I want to update Apps in both.  What is the purpose of this?  Why double our efforts?  I tried to update Apps in iTunes first and then running synchronization.  Applications updates appear then to be transferred to the iPhone while sync ("transfer Apps... 1 of 4... [Application name] "), but then when I finished the sync and see the updated section of the applications in the App Store on the iPhone, they always appear not updated, with a red circle on the App Store icon indicating the number of applications that need to be updated, and the word"Update"still alongside the Apps in question in the updated App Store section.  What gives?

  In addition, in iTunes, in the [my iPhone] / Summary / Apps section, I used to see all of my Apps in the left column, but see only 20 of them.  All 100 + Apps are still displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, which reflects the layout of my iPhone windows, but I discovered that, in order to restore all applications in the left column, I had to go to my account name in iTunes at the top of iTunes then click on purchase and then re-download applications.  Why on Earth?  They who don't take up much room on my SSD and they are already on the iPhone, so there is no saving space on the iPhone by showing only not all applications in the left column, so what gives?  What's the point?

  Please return to the process where when I sync my iPhone my Apps are updated automatically in iTunes.  Why do you do the doubly difficult process?  And, what's now the sync at all, if I don't have photos or new playlists or something like that on my machine I want to synchronize with the iPhone?  There is no synchronization, then, and so unless I have no particular reason to synchronize then I don't be backup versions of the database of the iPhone on my machine on a regular basis!  Apple, you get an Apple rotten to me!  I thought you were all make tech easier to use, more confused!

  A feature introduced with iOS 9 called thinning or slicing app app allows each device to download just the code and resources required by this device, resulting in smaller downloads and a better use of the storage on the device. Therefore the device is no longer the universal version of the application that can be installed on any device to transfer applications is no longer supported. I hope that Apple will bring some changes to how it works, but in the meantime, you can download past purchases from iTunes or activate the automatic shopping app downloads to ensure that iTunes has always the apps you want on your device. As long as you make sure that all of the apps are present and updates in iTunes before you attempt a restore there should be no loss of data. I cannot confirm, but it seems a way to recent update all data are restored and apps that are not in the library are waiting to download from the iTunes Store over Wi - Fi, in a similar way to the restoration of the iCloud way works.

  My iPhone 5 won't download apps.  When I click an app on the app store, after clicking on 'install' on the app, in justa few seconds the State of the app to 'install' to 'get' changes  I have a good WiFi.  Please advise, I have free wifi good and can access the Internet and App store very well.
