My account has been blocked, but has since been validated, and told me that a new password be sent but a week later I have not yet received it?

My e-mail account (* address email is removed from the privacy *) were blocked around 2 weeks due to a person to hack my hotmail and sending spam, I have since entered the validation process and have received an email to say "we are pleased to inform you that we were able to successfully validate your account information.» A password reset link is sent to the alternate email address you provided. Please understand that the reset password link will expire in 3 days and can only be used once. "This was sent a week ago but I have not received the new password so that I can access my emails. There are documents on my email I need to access emergency so I would be grateful if you could send the new password to the secondary email (my email for work already done) or to this new hotmail account that I opened today as a temporary measure in the meantime that my old account password.
