My Acer Aspire Z3751 has been for service 3 times now - motherboard. Why this problem is repeated?

I am the owner of the above product on 05/06/2011 with extended warranty. I was at Highpoint for the maintenance and repair 3 times for the same problem. Motherboard has been changed twice.
I am unhappy because it's now again with the same blue screen problem. Any advice on the upgrade or anything else was given. I don't know why this problem is repeated. I only know the negative feelings that he asks me.
I'd be happy if someone could explain to me and give me a solution.

· If you use microsoft security essentials avg avira mcafee norton etc they disable the vista version of windows defender by default
the basics of Microsoft security has its own version of windows defender
and other anti-virus programs use their own particular type of application to scan for spyware and malware

There seems to be a lot of people who get this notification. Too bad Microsoft chose not to tell us why its happening!
Is it possible to disable this notification? I've made a few changes in group policy limit some startup programs. Now, I suppose that this appears when the program tries to start. Really irritating. Maybe there's something in group policy to restrict the notification? Then there will be another notification telling me that this notification applies? Laughing out loud!

I could find how to open the file in the Control Panel, but the gpedit.msc file is located in the Windows\System32 folder and opens it by double clicking it.
BTW: I also found that this Manager opennig of tasks generated an error "Task manager has been disabled by your administrator".
Open gpedit.
In the Group Policy screen, expand (+) configured.-->. admin models--> Start Menu and taskbar--> fron Remove Run Menu Start Menu, by default is not Configured (That's the way I found mine_Yet, no. run box).
I found the setting for the Manager to task as to its default value, setting can be found in Configuration. user--> administrative templates of--> System--> Options Ctrl + Alt + Delete--> Delete the Task Manager. (Still no task manager).
I changed the values for the parameters to "Disabled", Rebooted and the two functions were working again.
Returned in gpedit and changed the settings back to their default (not configured) State, rebooted and both still work.
