My Add ons are not appearing in Photoshop CC 2014. However, according to the extensions Manager, they are activated.

According to Adobe Extension Manager Version 7.3.2 five CC of my modules on active. However, only two appear in the Extensions in Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. I appreciate your help with this.

This can also be a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.

Delete the files (extensions.sqlite, extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created if necessary.

CS4 on Windows 10 seems to be broken... at least I can't clone. Before that, Silver FX and the related add ons did not work. I would like to remove and re-install Photoshop CS4 on Windows 10, but I'm afraid that none of these upgrade CD I will work... they are all dependent on a previous installation. If I remove photoshop and try to use the CS4 install disc I have, it fails? Will I need to re - install Photoshop 5.5 and each single update since then go to CS4?

You need not install older versions in order to get the last update enabled.  During the CS4 activation process, you can specify the eligible previous version (choose the oldest among a list, then enter its serial number).  Choose any one you had just before CS4.

  • Add ons are not loaded...

It is possible that there is a problem with the files that store the registry extensions.

Delete the files (extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) extensions.* and compatibility.ini in the profile folder of Firefox to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created if necessary.

    See "extension corrupted files:

If you see disabled extensions or is not compatible in ' Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions ' and then click the Tools button at the left end of the search bar to check if there is an update available compatibility.

If this did not help, then also delete the files addons.json and addons.sqlite possible.

Alternatively, you can check for problems with preferences.

  • Is there a reason that all the Add-ons do not work after updated 3.6.15 up-to-date?

Updated 3.6.15 and my custom extensions/add-ons are not working or projection upward out of the list of modules. I tried without decommissioning (3.16.14 & 3.5.7) and they still appear. Y at - it a stable version to get Adblock Plus to operate, at least? Or is it another kind of problem?

There may be a problem with one of the files which stores details of the installed extensions. Try to delete these files as described in the section "Corrupt extension files" of this link - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons

Although this article is not specifically about your problem, the method indicated in the corrupted files extension section can help. When you restart Firefox after you delete these files, the list of installed extensions is rebuilt and cela hopefully solve your problem.

  • Firefox itself is in English, but all the Add-ons are in Italian...

I'm having this strange problem where most of my Firefox is in English, but the Add-ons and all content associated with them that I see are all in Italian.
It all started when before a holiday, I was a student in Italian and I tried to put all my programs in Italian to try to immerse myself and I don't remember what I did, but I managed to do the Add-ons to switch to Italian, but now that my vacation is over, the Add-ons are stuck on language , and even uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix it!

  • Add - ons are tested by firefox for security?

many times Add-ons are marked as malware by antivirus. Some also take a lot of cpu. is it safe to install from the firefox site?

All add-ons that are hosted on Addons.Mozilla.Org through a multi-step filtering process before being made public.
Can you provide the names of all the modules which have been identified as malware by antivirus application? Or are you going by hearsay?

As far as the consumption of RAM goes, no, they are not tested for the use of the RAM, but some are known as very hungry. Firebug is one; turn it off when not in use or create another profile to use Firebug, this is the usual advice here.

  • Extension installs ok but does not appear in Photoshop

    Hello

I created an extension for Photoshop CC and built a self-signed zxp package. The package installs with Adobe Extension manager.

Even if the AEM related the extension as being active, he does not appear in Photoshop.

It is possible that there is a problem with the build (maybe not all of the required files are included). Is it possible to debug a signed package?

    Concerning

    Simon

After that I updated Photoshop to the latest version, that it no longer appears in the extensions Manager. After a few Google searches, I discovered that the extensions manager has been abandoned. So I downloaded the extension to the cloud to Adobe.

From there it wouldn't install at first, but after uninstalling extension manager and uninstall and reinstall Photoshop and a reboot, the plugin appeared.

If I understand correctly, the 2015 versions don't support the extensions more and each update manager to the new version of the provider, or install them manually. Also, this applies to own or download Adobe extensions from the market!

Please see the compatibility on each module table because not all will be compatible with PS CC 2014 and therefore do not list in the extensions under this version of PS Manager.
