  Acrobat 9 is quite old and not longer supported. The last Windows OS that could use Acrobat 9 has Windows 7 and Acrobat had to have all updates applied.

  Same thing for me.  I called HP about it the first time I tried I scans a document when my printer was 7 days old.  I was connected with the service to customers in India.  The technician spent about an hour with me trying to get the 6510/6515 printer to work, even to take control of my new 64 bit Windows 7 core i7 notebook.  Ultimately she essentially told me that even if it is announced to scan documents, this really means that each page is a separate document.  In other words, this printer, as well as all other issues, it is will only scan one page at a time.

  Steps to follow:

  1. Try to make a new complete site structure in MUSE and try to add a few pages and tries to remove it, just to check its not having not problem
  2. If the problem persists even, check if your site is stored on the external hard drive. Note: site should be registered on internal hard drives.
  3. Try to revive the MUSE, if the problem remains the same, we will refresh the preferences of MUSE.

  I have a 23 page article exclusively portrait for which I can get a preview only one page.  Normally this is the first page, but if I click on any other page, the preview shows this page - but the slider at the bottom of the content viewer displays only the first page regardless of what the page is in the preview window.  I'm a newbie at this, and this is my second article; one worked very well.  Put them together in a Folio, or order, and the 'normal' displays all pages and the other shows only 1 page.  Any thoughts?

  Stupid beginners... I read that some of these options layout in English.  If the item is not set to "horizontal scan only" it seems the vertical sweep only, not "optional".  The Aha! is time brushing accidentally mouse so that Preview scrolling upward, revealing the hidden underneath pages.  Now I get it.

NEW once AGAIN, this WORKED BEFORE, NOW THE MASTER OPTION IS GRAYED OUT.  I have a brand new DVD + R blank and tried several of them thinking it was the disk (I've used this same brand (magnavox) DVD + R 4 years now never this problem of the "controlled" option is grayed out.) I use the same DVD burner which came with the PC and it allowed me to select the option "Mastered" last month (July 2011). I am using Windows HomePrem 32-bit OS (originial system that came with PC and this allowed me to select the mastered option last month. I applied all the updates Win at present. I have no other problems with the PC. Once again, driving the nail: this WORKED BEFORE, last month on the exact same hardware and the software/OS (Juillet2011), then why this option appears GRAYED out now?  This question has been asked before and 'experts' simply stressed totally USELESS MS pages showing how to select either under control or direct - I DO NOT NEED THIS HELP as I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO SELECT either option and what each is for. Also the other 'fixed' DOES NOT APPLY to this situation.
