My Apple Watch guard disconnect from my iPhone

My new Apple Watch (42mm Sport, watch OS 2.0.1), since the first day, was disconnected from my iPhone (6, iOS 9.2).

Most of the time in the day, it is not connected (with the small red disconnect icon) or it does not show my phone watch notifications. Sometimes even calls are not made to the phone and notifications on the steps on the orientations are not displayed on the watch, even if they are displayed on my iPhone.

Also, my watch guard pass in airplane mode.

I re-set the watch to the factory settings and paired with the iPhone twice, without success. My iPhone is still on my pocket with me at any time at the office and at home, so noBluetooth is still on my phone, even though I sometimes turn off WiFi so it does not connect to my office or the trolley.

Someone has an idea of what could happen?

Hello

If you have not already done so, it can help to upgrade your Apple Watch to the latest version of the software (currently watch OS 2.1).

The software update instructions are available here:

If this does not help, so that--given the steps that you have already tried - I suggest you contact Apple Support (mail service may be available) or make a booking Genius Bar in order to have your watch checked under warranty:

Since the last update my watch guard disconnect from my iPhone.  I turned the phone market.  Turned bluetooth market. It connects temporarily, and then falls down.  both devices are within a few feet of each other.  also the continuous ringing start-up.  are there bugs in the new update?

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

I don't see any way you can back up your Apple Watch now.

Content of Apple Watch automatically saves on your iPhone Companion. When you back up your iPhone to iTunes or to iCloud, your iPhone backup will also include your Apple Watch data.

    Hello

    Try the following steps:

    • Try restarting your watch force: hold down the side button and the digital Crown for about 10 seconds, until you see the logo.
    • If this does not help, then try to charge your watch for about 2.5 hours, making sure that you follow the instructions from here:
    • After this period, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:
      • Try restarting it (by pressing the side button until you see the Apple logo).
      • If necessary, then try force it restarts again.
    • After restarting your watch:
      • To prepare for re-sync with your iPhone:
        • On your watch, go to: homescreen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) > (cog icon) settings > general > reset > erase content and settings.
      • Then re-pair via the standard process (choose restore backup if offered the option during installation):

  • What is the steps of double Apple Watch already saved on the iPhone?

When I look at my health application, it shows the two steps saved on my iPhone in my pocket and not on my watch. Are these steps counted twice? How does Apple make them accurate and not counted twice?

    Hello

No, your efforts are not counted twice.

Health and fitness data from other sources, iPhone, and Apple Watch are grouped within the app to health on the iPhone, which allows you to adjust the results to avoid any double counting of data from different sources.

  • Call button answer set to Apple Watch to take call on iPhone, not the watch?

It's super easy to do with my rock:

1 button response call on rollers

2 put the iPhone to my ear and start talking

BOOM, done. I just bought a Apple Watch 1, which is not yet there. So far its looking like what I read to do the same thing, it is like this:

    1. turn the Crown to make reply on iPhone button available.

    2. press the button revealed

    3. open my wallet phone box

4 wide at the bottom left of the screen to take call

    5. close phone box

6 put the phone to the ear and start talking

Please tell me that the green button can be set to answer the call on the phone, not my watch. Im not Micheal knight, I want to use my phone! It should be configurable to swap the green button to answer the phone and the button revealed to answer on the watch.

    Hello

No, it is not possible currently to answer calls in the way you prefer.

The process you described (steps 1 to 6) accurately describes how to answer a call on your iPhone via your watch. (If your iPhone is unlocked after tapping the answer button of the iPhone on your watch, you would rather just type the green bar at the top of the screen on your iPhone).

  • The new Apple Watch comes compatible with my iPhone 5 s 16/09/2016?

    Hello world

I am interesting in buying the new Apple Watch, and I don't know if the watch is compatible with my iPhone 5 s.

I already pre-order my iPhone 7 more, but it won't do anytime soon, and I'm sure that the watch is compatible with the new more than 7. I wonder all the old iPhone 5s. My iPhone 5s does not use IOS 9, but 10 of IOS.

    Thank you

    Hello

Yes - the new Apple Watch models are compatible with your iPhone 5s.

As for the first generation watch, the new models require iPhone 5 or later.

  • Apple Watch will not pair to iPhone

When I try to implement my Apple Watch, my iPhone 6 tells me it's expired. I have the latest version on my phone that is iOS 9.3.5. I choose English and that my area is in the United States, but I can't go any further in the watch. I have reset the watch as the phone. Bluetooth is on. Both devices are charged. I even tried manually matching devices, but all I get is the same error message.

Is this a new watch or you configure it again?  If used before you remove the existing settings Bluetooth pairing?

  • My iPad is not visible for my iPhone via Bluetooth 6 and won't connect, I tried to reset the network configuration, erase and reset iPad, hard reboot. My Apple Watch is connected to my iPhone. It is visible for my Samsung phone.

My iPad with Retina display (wi - fi model) to pair it with my iPhone 6 + Bluetooth is no longer visible to my iPhone and will not pair. I have reset settings network, restart hard iPad, iPad are erased and recondition. The iPad is visible and pairs perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy S, no issues what so ever. That's happened? My Apple Watch, which is paired with my iPhone interferes with the matching to the iPhone iPad? The iPad pairs with my MacBook.

You can only pair two Bluetooth to attach only apple devices.

  • Time Capsule guard disconnect from the Internet

I'm having a problem with my internet, and I'm running out of things to try. I've got the most recent Time Capsule with connection ca.

I have replaced the cable modem and have removed my extender. Always get disconnected every 12 hours or more. I can still access my local network, just the internet disconnects. I did a hard reset and replaced the cables. Unable to connect WiFi devices. What are my options?

Unfortunately, we do not have much in terms of specific details that would help us to try to understand what the real issue here might be... the things you may already have... but did not mention in your message.

You connect your computer directly to the modem a few days see if Internet connection "holds" that way... or... If Internet disconnection problems still continue during the period of "test"?

Have you had a technician from your Internet Service Provider (ISP), come out to your home to inspect all cables and connectors associated with the Internet line?

What is the number and the model of the modem?  We ask this question because there are a few compatibility problems between the series SB-Motorola/Arris modems and the newer 802.11ac models of AirPort Extreme and Time Capsule from the airport.

Who is your ISP?  Most of the suppliers are in the current process of implementation of a new type of Internet connection called IPv6 in their current systems, requiring updates and changes on the system that are supposed to happen during the night gently... but sometimes cause a loss of Internet connection in the process. IPv6 implementation goes relatively smoothly for most suppliers, except a major player in particular who asks various questions documented with current Apple routers.

Finally, there was some problems power stability on newer routers AirPort, causing a momentary intermittent loss of power resulting in an interruption of the connection when the airport restarts automatically. This question is very difficult to catch, because it happens very quickly and it must almost be watching time to know that it took place at the airport.  If everything else goes out, it may be the router from the airport that needs to be replaced. I personally had this problem, and the only solution was to replace the AirPort base station.

Try restarting your watch force: press and hold the side button and the digital Crown for about 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo, then release them and expect the watch again.
