    Hello

    How notifications behave depends on the State of your devices. In order to provide notifications to your attention as soon as possible:

    -If your iPhone is unlocked, you will receive notifications on your iPhone instead of on your watch.

    -If your iPhone is locked or mode and your watch is unlocked (regardless of the question of whether the screen saver is awake or asleep) and on your wrist, you will receive notifications on your watch.

    -If your watch is locked or allowed to do not disturb, notifications will be sent to your iPhone.

  • Apple Watch does not work

    So do not know how this will go down, but I think of my Apple Watch was the biggest waste of money so far, very disappointed.

    1. it just doesn't work very well, everything works slowly and measures are very imprecise.

    2. the quality is not great, that I am not wearing it will train in as possible just broke

    3. the battery is shocking that I'm sick of charging

    4. went the last updated and it has now crashed and locked up, keep trying to restart, but it keeps failing

    5. perhaps one should leave apple the money and they can keep the watch its terribly bad.

    6 apple thanks to the release of the new version of the watch so little time, if happy I bought the demo version I have waste. Maybe I should of applied for a job your PSU on the watch and you pay you for the privilege a cup of what I've been they saw me coming.

    7. can I someone please difficulty this watch, replace it before that I throw it in the trash.

    So disappointed in apple and this product just re apply my decision to consider away them from the brand.

    If it is a recent purchase and you are unhappy with it, you have 14 days to return it. You also have a 1 year warranty and can wear the device at the Genius Bar and get help with the device. That, or you can try the Troubleshooting device, but given your attitude in your rant and you only ask if anyone can fix it, I don't know that you would like help from other users. It's not Apple you talk to, this is a user to user support forum.

    We have 3 Apple watches in our family, a Sport and 2 watches from Apple, and all three work extremely well and achieve or exceed our expectations.

  • Duplicate messages in Apple Watch?

    Since the upgrade to the latest os from the watch, I get two alarms when I set my timer. The first is the regular advising me that the timer is done. I tried to find a way to stop them, but failed.

    What have I done wrong?  can anyone help?

    Hello

    My Apple Watch unplugged my iphone 6s for unknown reason.

    See if there is a software update available for your iPhone.

    Tap Settings > general > software update

    After that you made sure that the software is up to date, follow the instructions here > If your Apple Watch is not connected to your iPhone - Apple Support

  • Apple Watch will not pair manually or automatically

    Watch became disconnected from the phone.  Followed all the instructions to disable the twinning / re-pair.  Automatic pairing fails repeatedly.  Manual matching fails as well - the watch never displays a 6-digit code.  Has anyone seen this before / resolved for it?  Thank you.

    Hello

    For later use, it is not necessary to clear the pairing and re-pair Apple Watch when it is disconnected. If your watch becomes disconnected via Bluetooth and unable to connect to a Wi - Fi network, known at the time, it will display the icon disconnected on the dial of the Watch:

    Bluetooth disconnects occur every time that the pair iPhone is not available (as in the iOS updates or when your iPhone is out of scope). The watch and the iPhone must reconnect automatically a short while after having reconciled being brought back.

    If they do not automatically reconnect instead of disconnecting your watch, rather trying to keep your iPhone and Apple Watch close to each other and follow these steps until they reconnect:

    • Check that Bluetooth and Wi - Fi are activated on your iPhone:
      • It can help to turn Bluetooth on or off and turn it back on your iPhone (settings > Bluetooth).
    • Check that airplane Mode is not enabled on your watch:
      • When you display the time on your watch, drag upward on the dial of the watch > drag left / right to the glance of parameters.
        • If the glance of parameters says already connected and the symbol in the upper right corner is a green phone, your watch is already connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth.
      • If your watch is not connected and the airplane Mode is on, press the button to turn it off.
      • Otherwise, it can help to activate / turn off the airplane Mode again.
    • Restart both devices, both turn off together, and then restart your iPhone first.

    For optimal performance of your watch, keep both Bluetooth and Wi - Fi enabled at all times on your iPhone.

  • Reminders of location based on Apple Watch

    Hello

    I have been using my Apple Watch since its launch and it gave me a lot of satisfaction.

    One of the things I love the most is that you are able to create all simply with reminders function Siri with your Apple Watch location, I have to say that I use almost every day I train near a shopping center, you can therefore imagine "Hey Siri remind me to buy eggs... when I get to...» "I just had to say what I had to buy and say the name of the supermarket Siri suggests to me a list of supermarkets with that name in the box, I had to then choose the supermarket. The process always ends with a message informing me that something was wrong... (but actually it worked!) Because I remember once I kept insisting that I received dozens of reminders on my watch. My problem is that for these days, Siri is to create a reminder, but without suggesting any place and told me that something was wrong, then I have on the list of my iPhone 'buy eggs' without any place.

    I just want to know if I'm the only one having the same problem or not, please note that I have not changed anything on my Apple Watch or my iPhone.

    Thanks in advance for your help,

    Daniel,

    Hi Daniel

    It can help to try the following steps.

    • On your iPhone, go to settings > privacy > Location Services - check that:
      • Location service is activated (higher setting);
      • In the list of applications, check that:
        • Maps a value while the help;
        • Reminder is set to Always;
        • Siri & dictated is on so that the aid.
      • At the bottom of the screen, tap System Services, and then verify that:
        • Alerts based on location is enabled.
        • Point of calibration & Distance is activated.
        • Common locations is enabled.
        • For optimal performance, you can also prefer to leave other Services on the system.
    • On your iPhone, go to: settings > iCloud - reminders will light up.
    • On your iPhone go to settings > General > background App Refresh - check that:
      • App background refresh is enabled (higher setting).
      • In the list of applications below, reminders is enabled.
    • On your iPhone, close and restart the application reminders:
      • Double-click the home button > drag left / right to callbacks overview > slide up on the preview to close.
      • Press the home button > allow a minute or two > reopen app of reminders.
      • It can then help to leave the app running continuously in the background (do not close this new via preview).
    • On your iPhone, go to: settings > General > Siri - off Siri, do pause for a few moments and then turn it back on.
    • You can see that it is useful to reset all of your location and privacy to the factory default settings.
      • If you do this, apps will be stop using your location until you grant them permission (as and when you use then each app, including when you then set a reminder of geolocation).
      • On your iPhone, go to: settings > General > reset > tap Reset location & privacy.
    • Restart your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, and then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:
      • To turn off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off;
      • To turn it on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
  • Text messages with Siri on Apple Watch does not

    When I try to send a text using Siri on my Apple Watch it does not send. the only option I have is to not send. I read where the message is sent automatically when my arm is lowered, but it does not work. None of my posts are going through. How can I fix this.

    Hello

    To send messages through Siri:

    -Ask Siri to send a message (for example "Hey Siri, send a message to say ");

    -When finished, wait for Siri show what you have dictated on the screen for you to review;

    -Then either lower your wrist again to send or to tell Siri to send (for example "Hey Siri, send").

    -There is no need to touch the screen, unless you want to type on not sending to cancel the operation.
