  It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '.   I am so sorry your iPhone was stolen, it's a terrible feeling, and I'm here to help you with everything I can.

  1. go to a computer and go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password.

  2. go find iPhone and all devices at the top, click on your iPhone.

  3. click on lost Mode and put in a phone number where you can be reached.

  4. click Next, then enter a message that says something along the lines, "Please find my iPhone, please call this number to return."

  5. click on done

  In all cases - wait that your BB will liquidate as fees and clean. This means that if you ever put anything on it, it will be lost.
