  You can disable this extension in tools > Modules > Extensions and close and restart Firefox normally.

  Having a bit of a strange problem with the update, I tried to post to the bug forum but I have had no response to the initial post more than 12 hours. I work in a nightclub, so I tend to leave the 'Auto-Tone' to do a lot of work for me, since I have to deal with anywhere up to 400 frames per night. After I have updated to the new version, I met a problem very very strange. When I import my pictures from my camera (D610), auto tone transforms the images to complete darkness by dragging the slider exhibition completely to the left. Where it gets weird is, no matter what I do (drag the slider to the right... etc) nothing gets my images of this complete blackness. I have tried everything I can think, I've updated my display drivers, I disabled the GPU acceleration, I reactivated it, I've updated ACR, I rolled back my display drivers, I have disabled all the plugins, I even went that Lightroom will also uninstall and reinstall. Nothing works. It becomes quite frustrating and I can't find any solution everywhere I look.

  Details: AMD A8 clocked at 4.3 ghz, AMD GPU R7-300, 16 GB of RAM (DDR3), Windows 10 Professional (never had no problem with that).

  UPDATE: by pure morbid curiosity, I've updated Lightroom on my laptop which runs care completely different and low and behold... same problem. It is certainly not my system that is at fault and Lightroom.

  Please follow the steps if you see black pictures after importation into Lightroom below:

  1. Turn off apply tone auto under Lightroom preferences settings
  2. Restart Lightroom and then import images again.

  Yes, I have the same problem. Silverlight 4 does not work in Firefox 14.0.1. Used to use only "restarting in 32-bit mode", but now, who is caught in a loop without end. Silverlight 5 will work, but the video is choppy so badly that it is very bad. I think it's a fall frames in all directions.

  Maybe your system is confusing upward. You said, you have installed some software stuff (Winutilities) and possibly this affected your system.

  If you have a Vista disc (not the recovery disk Toshiba), you can start Notepad using this disc. During initialization, you should be able to choose a repair console providing an option that might help to fix and repair the system.

  If this is not enough, then you will need to install the new system :(

  There is no reason why the iMac should not be able to use a USB mouse. With the mouse connected to the computer off the computer tower and turn it back on. Now it doesn't recognize the mouse? If this is not the case, try a SMC reset.
