    Hi, John. It's quite nervous of a member of the MS forum say that Dell is responsible to operate Windows. It wasn't Dell but MS who claims that Win10 has most of the necessary drivers and if not then the drivers Win7 and Win8.1 would work.

    I was hoping that maybe Dell could find in the goodness of their hearts to a updated driver IDT 92HDxxx... pretty please?

    I doubt that it is possible for two reasons. Dell went from IDT Realtek as the audio seller so probably not more a a contract with IDT, if IDT even exist anymore. A year ago IDT was acquired by another company. I do not know its current status, but it is sure that the acquiring company will not be upgrading old software IDT. Reference Dell itself does not write the audio drivers. Even when IDT was the seller I believe that Win7 drivers are the final versions - no version 8 or 8.1 I think.

    The native Windows audio driver can't stand struggling external mic. It is a MS 'known problem '. MS must implement a decision-making support, but there is no indication that it will be. Meanwhile, you have two workaround solutions. You can switch backwards between the natives and the IDT drivers. At some point Win10 could leave the IDT driver works correctly. Or get an outlet cheap usb audio to the microphone. Struggling running out-audio driver usb Windows native usb and so dependent no driver IDT.

  • Unable to connect on the Messages or FaceTime after upgrading to Sierra

    Good afternoon! After upgrading my MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid 2010) to macOS Sierra (10.12.), I am unable to connect to Messages or FaceTime. They worked fine before the upgrade.

    • Messages: After entering my Apple ID and password, I get the message "Could not sign in iMessage." "Could not sign. Please check your network connection and try again. "or"an error has occurred during authentication. "My network is connected to the network (where this message), and the password is correct. Also, I have generated a password app specific to Messages. Enter just grew the message "your Apple ID or the password is incorrect." Messages is works well with my Google Talk and AIM accounts.
    • FaceTime: After entering my Apple ID and password, the engine just turns and it never connects me. Similarly, I have generated a password app specific but use it just gets the message, "your Apple ID or the password is incorrect."

    No idea how I can regain access to these applications? Thank you!

    Reached out to the Twitter account of Apple Support. He proposed to restart. It worked.

  • HP 450-011: delete the recovery partition after upgrade to win 10?

    I have a new HP 450-011 and it came with Win 8.1 and the recovery with the letter D: drive partition.  I did the upgrade to windows 10.  I made a set of recovery DVD for win installation 8.1.  Is there a reason for me not to delete the D: drive and replace it with my information?  I seriously doubt I'll want to roll back to 8.1 Win.

    Greetings,

    Have you tested the Win 8.1 HP Recovery disks before installing Win 10?

    A question is: If you need technical assistance from HP tech for a possible hardware problem. HP normally requires that the factory installed operating system to take in charge. This policy of HP may have changed during the upgrade to win 10. I do not suspect.

    You can export the recovery, Partition because it will not work now in any case.

    But you need a way to go back to win 8.1 when you need HP warranty support.

    Since you have already upgraded to Win 10, the only way to check the recovery of 8.1 Win disks is to use them and start all over again. Or the support of disks/USB recovery HP Win 8.1 on a new equivalent or larger HDD or SSD. A good installation means that you have now the factory install on this disk.

    It's a lot of work.

    The problem of guaranteed support is your problem.

    I have eliminated this problem by installing Win 10 on a new SSD. I have HP Win 8.1 on a separate SSD and win 10 on a different SSD. Possible guarantee problem solution means earn 8.1 running on HP SSD factory to check the problem of winning 10 SSD.

    After the upgrade of Windows 8 to 8.1 Windows did you download the installation drivers Toshiba and such software mentioned in the installation instructions located on the Toshiba UE driver page?

  • ClassCastException in the class of controller after upgrade

    Hi all

    I extended the controller class in which I take the value of the segment in FACT on the page and take action on that basis. It works very well in production, but after that we have upgraded to R12.1.3, its does not work... I checked everything change in DFF but FDF is the same before and after the upgrade. Please suggest.

    Underscore survey below error code:

    java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.form.OAFormValueBean cannot be cast to oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.message.OAMessageChoiceBean
    at wyse.oracle.apps.cs.csz.incident.webui.IncidentUpdateCOEx.processFormRequest(IncidentUpdateCOEx.java:73)

    Here is the code I use:

    ' Public Sub processFormRequest (pageContext OAPageContext, OAWebBean webBean)
    {
    super.processFormRequest (pageContext, webBean);

    If (pageContext.getParameter ("ApplyButton")! = null | pageContext.getParameter ("SaveButton")! = null)

    OAMessageChoiceBean mcb = (OAMessageChoiceBean) webBean.findChildRecursive ("PIssueIncidentSeverity");
    OADescriptiveFlexBean reasonDff = (OADescriptiveFlexBean) webBean.findChildRecursive ("Reason");
    reasonDff.processFlex (pageContext);
    OAMessageChoiceBean uiNode0 = reasonDff.getIndexedChild ((OARenderingContext) pageContext.getRenderingContext () (OAMessageChoiceBean),_)
    *1);*
    String pattern = (String) uiNode0.getValue (pageContext);

    You are assuming that the first indexed child can be cast to OAMessageChoiceBean. If you do System.out.println of the object, it will tell you what kind. It seems that the order of the children may have changed and the type of object that you think that you referenced is a different type.

    Comment the cast of uiNde0 and to do this:

    System.out.println (reasonDff.getIndexedChild ((OARenderingContext) PageContext.getRenderingContext (),))

  • Portege Z930: Loss of Fn keys after upgrade to win 8 - can't turn WiFi switch

    After several months waiting for my hour I just began my Portege Z930 - 11G for Windows 8 Pro upgrade.

    To a large extent, it went to the plan except that, after execution to display the Assistant Toshiba Upgrade I lost the Fn key and about half of the keys no longer seem to work at all.

    The only key I've ever used on a routine basis is the Fn + F8 option to activate the power switch WiFi.

    So now, I can not turn on WiFi on the computer.

    It must, surely, that there be a way to do it, but I'm not. Does anyone have a suggestion? I'm OK for now because I have a local cable system in the House, but once I get out on the road I will fight without WiFi.

    Before running the wizard upgrade of the Fn key grew up the key appear in the upper part of the screen and I want to surely I had turned on WiFi right here.

    The Fn key utility offers very little control of the Fn keys. It does not offer the possibility to do anything else than to disable five notifications screen for keyboard backlighting, power plan, touch pad and cursor overlay digital overlay.

    Any help gratefully received.

    > So now I can not turn on WiFi on the computer.
    First of all, you can enable and disable the WiFi using the function key, but you can also activate the WLan settings of Windows 8
    Key Win + C-> settings-> change PC settings-> wireless

    Now, you can use the cursor to wireless devices to enable or disable the WiFi network.

    But to get the FN button work you need to install the + Toshiba function key + Utility for win 8 and + Toshiba system driver + to win 8

    Hi all... I had updated my Windows 8 Satellite and I followed the instruction guide.
    After the update the fn keys do not work correctly:

    I can't adjust brightness Display
    I can't use the multimedia shortcut
    I can't turn the volume
    I can't set power button wifi bluetooth, but only switch to airplane mode

    Thank you

    Hello

    Have you installed the upgrade wizard to win 8?
    The upgrade wizard to win 8 allows you to get all the drivers Win 8.

    In General, the FN buttons are controlled by VAP (value added package)

    > I can't switch Bluetooth Wi - Fi, but only switch to airplane mode
    Air airplane mode disables the BT and WLan as well, that's how it works in Win 8

  • Satellite L755-167 - screen does not not after upgrade to win 10

    Hello
    I am full of ideas now and hope that one of you could help me with this...
    After that I updated to win 10, the screen started off completely during the boot. To be exact: it lights up, indicating that a blackscreen, which is completely normal given the progress starting at that point, but after 5 seconds approximately, it shuts off and stays like that, while another everythiing works very well. Connecting to an external monitor (Medion LCD TV via VGA) I can do everything without any problems.
    Now, I noticed that she turn and it is listed as a possible display device when I close Notepad and open it again, but it shows only a blackscreen

    What I've tried so far:
    Restart
    Reinstall the drivers
    Manually download the latest drivers from the Toshiba site
    reset the BIOS (both via the parameters and removal of the battery)

    Maybe, I should point out that I ran the gas station until I upgraded.

    I would be really grateful if someone could help me with this...
    Best regards

    Connecting to an external monitor (Medion LCD TV via VGA) I can do everything without any problems

    In this case I don't think that there is some sort of software problem (driver).
    In case the driver or the software could cause this problem, the external monitor would not work too... but this is clearly not the case...

    It looks like an internal display problem...

    But can you perform the recovery of the plant to be 100% sure that this topic...

  • No output micro HDMI after upgrading to Win 8.1

    My new Yoga 2 Pro has a secondary display connected via micro HDMI port. He first worked as a charm. But after upgrading to new Windows 8.1 (this is done automatically) it is no longer produced anything to micro HDMI port. Display and the cable is fully functional. But even if the screen is turned on, the computer is unable to save and apparently it cannot display anything. Micro HDMI port seems to be non-existent.

    After upgrade of windows, I tried to uninstall / reinstall the display driver. I also upgraded to Win 8.1 Intel drivers versions found on the support site of Lenovo (including the BIOS display driver Intel HD 4400 15.33.18.64.3496 and chipset 9.4.0.1026, 76CN38). But nothing seems to work.

    A solution in the forum is to change the cable, but I think that there is no sense here that the cable worked perfectly until the upgrade.

    Can anyone suggest a solution?

    Lenovo: Is there a driver for Intel version 15.36.0.3652 on the Intel Web site. However, there is a blockage on the pilot, you need to install own Lenovo driver downloads. Can you check if this solves the problem?

    Sorry, a new cable solves the problem

  • Beats Audio Equalizer WORKS DO not after upgrade to Win 8.1

    Hi I have no model for the All - In - One HP ENVY 23:23 c010xt.

    I was 'forced' to Win 8.1.  I had been checked "remind me later" for months until it just went ahead and did it.

    I am Livid at the fact that the graphic EQUALIZER Beats Audio is disabled.  The sliders on the work left, but you cannot adjust the sound as you can with an equalizer.

    I searched the web for hours, days and ALL tried.  I have no doubt the most recent driver (after unistalling/reinstalling, etc. etc.).  It just is not supported in win 8.1, apparently.  He worked much to gain 8.

    I don't know if I'm more angry with Microsoft, HP, or beats.  One or all of them dropped the ball here.  This computer as $1 K and the Beats Audio was a key reason I bought it.  It is simply unacceptable, pathetic.

    I have $800 paradigm Millenia spekers and listen to a lot of records on the ground that need EQ.  where MS, HP, nor beats will solve this problem, which seems likely since the problem seems to have been around for a while, can anyone suggest a sound card, or driver or software 3rd - party who has an equalizer that affects all sounds, including Youtube & Vimeo?  Realtek?  SoundBlaster?

    There only seems to be a lot there - that's why the beats Control Panel was really great when it worked
