My CC is display I have 3 update, but my application manager does not open. Help, please...
I need to update on my creative cloud but my application manager does not open. I tried in the drop down menu and all I get is the spinning wheel, indicating it to load. When I try to my Doc nothing icon it bounces then nothing happens. I am unable to access and part of the CC in the menu dropdown. So far, all my apps work fine, but I would like to make the updates before they get glitch.

Please, try the following steps, assuming it is a MAC:
(1) open the activity monitor and Force leave Adobe CEF Helper creative cloud, Adobe CPI broker & Crash Deamon if they are available.
(2) try to open it, if does not work then go to Applications > Adobe Creative cloud > right click > Get Info > click the Add > select the user to which you are connected to > give read and write access.
(3) if it works then enable the root user and the launch to date, visit this link on how to activate/sign in to the user root activation and using the user 'root' in Mac OS X
Please let me know if it's Windows, I'll send you the steps already.

I have 10 windows and application manager will not install help
Windows 10. LICENSE STANDALONE Photoshop CS6 and bridge.
I've owned Photoshop for many years and version.
I had to reformat my computer and reinstall photoshop. Photo shop works without the updates. Bridge does not load. I tried to update and tried APPLICATON Download Manager, but it would not be installed. Tried to move to the line without success. Older versions of bridge will partially work.
The problem seems to come from the Application Manager does not and work.

Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)

- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
- In Mac: Go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

Update of the XI drive does not open
I have recently updated Player X to XI player. The new program initiates the display of the empty document and closes immediately. Find the file named eula.exe (or just eula).
Double click on it.
Accept the license agreement.
Drive opens there.

I am running Windows Vista on my desktop. I also have Firefox downloaded 5.0 on my pc.
Whenever I try to download a software update or any type of file to the Firefox download box does not activate more as in the past.

I recently connected my ipod on my car and the message display "do not disconnect". I accidentally unplugged ipod and when I reconnected it a new message "ok to disconnect". I never got my ipod to stop or go to the main menu. I tried to recharge and that no longer works. I've recently updated my ipod. I don't remember the last time that I've updated. I wonder if this has anything to do with this dysfunction. Is it possible that the battery is rechargeable more?

Help, please. Last night, I did the update prompted by my subscription creative cloud and files where viewable and editable in Bridge and Camera Raw yesterday cannot be converted today. Small thumbnails of some of the images are visible in the bridge, but not all. And none are adjustable in Camera Raw.
I restarted my PC.
Still no change. I did another update of the bridge and then restarted.
No change. I did the update to Camera Raw 9.1 then restarted.
Still no change.
It is huge for me time burden as I have jobs and assessments due. Please tell me what to do.
Support had me ctrl + alt pressed I open the bridge. It has a reset option. Once I reset and purge the cache location problem has been resolved.

I'll start, windows update, and a window opens which gives me a button "check for updates". I click the button and it starts to run, looking like it is looking for updates. But just to stay there and keeps going, never arrived. I said "check for Updates" and the color of the bar moves from left to right as if she does something.
