  I have Windows Vista. This problem started a week ago. I tried at first to use my "ccleraner" already installed, but this program does not open when you click on it. I was asked to choose the program that the application to use to open it. This has also happened when clicking on itunes. My avast program when you click also asked which application is required to open it. When it finally scanned my system it does no propblems.   See the following message to solve the problem of .exe if necessary once you are sure that the system is clean.

  Try Mode safe mode with networking - repeatedly, press F8 that you start.

  The best two methods allow scanners to run and/or AV.exe out of the way or removing.

  1.
  CTRL SHIFT ESC - task manager OR right click on the taskbar - task manager

  Process tab - complete the process on AV. EXE and continue with the uninstall Guide.

  If necessary use start - computer or Windows Explorer to navigate to

  C:\Program Malwarebytes Anti - Malware\mbam.exe or where it is installed - if
  necessary right click on the shortcut of Malwarebytes - Properties - tab - target line to see where it
  is installed.

  Right-click on it and rename it to ZZMbam.COM (or something different than now), then
  Double-click it and run it like this. You can rename it back later. Do the same with others
  programs as needed. Use this method for other necessary - DO NOT ASSUMER one
  program removes all or that there is no other malware.

  Try to manually open the CD/DVD drive.
  Near the eject button, you will find a small hole.

  You can use a small object like staple and could push gently into this hole.

  Usually, this should help to open the drive manually.

  There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.

  First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

  • Click Start
  • Click on all programs
  • Click Accessories, and then right-click on the command prompt.
  • Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"
  • Click on command prompt
  • Type SFC/scannow.

  It will scan and repair any damaged operating system files.

  To determine if there is a program because of a conflict, we recommend that you perform a "clean boot" of the computer. A clean boot is designed to disable programs and services in the background as much as possible.   I have a really, really strange bug. I have a LabVIEW VI that change a chain on a power supply. I have a start and a stop voltage and use a while loop to increment the device. For example if I want to scan from 1, 2V to 2.2 V in 0.2 V incremements, the program will end when "The current tension" = "stop the tension." And it works very well!

  However, when I start - 3 V and want to stop to say-0.8 (new in 0.2 V incremements) the program does not stop when "The current tension" = "stop the tension." I checked with the probe close to what should be the end of the race and - 0.8 V goes both of the entries ' equal to ' comaprison operator, but that his can't trigger a real result.

  It's very strange for me. Espeically as if I'm going - 0.8 V to-2 V but decrement of-0.2 V, the program stops correctly!

  I suggest you turn off Auto complete and then check if you face the same problem.

  a. open Outlook Express.

  b. click on Tools.

  c. click on Options.

  d. click the send tab.

  e. uncheck the e-mail address automatically complete when composing box.

  f. click OK.

  Turn Auto complete and test again to see if the behavior is better. To activate it again, follow the same steps as above, but put a check mark in the box.

  You have a laptop. So try the right button on your touchpad. It work?
  If so, the only remaining possibilities are:
  1. bad mouse. Get a new one.
  2. defective UBS port. Plug the mouse into a different port. See if the right click of the mouse works this time.
