This is a late response to your question, but I thought that I could add more information here.
From your description, it seems that your PageUp and the keys to the House (or arrows) of the keyboard are either stuck, or failing. These keys usually help access us in applications you mentioned. And since you mentioned that this happens even when the touchpad is not in use, it is likely that this could be the cause here.
I suggest get you the checked keyboard when using a hardware technician, preferably from your computer manufacturer. That should help you understand better.

It is possible that your security (firewall, antivirus) software blocks or limit Firefox or the process of plugin-container without you inform, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.
Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

My Airport express has had a fixed Orange light on in for about a week. When I click on it it says "it was part of my network" and to "ensure that it is still in the range and plugged in an outlet." I tried this - does not change. I unplugged the main base station and then plugged it in. It also did not work.

Sorry, but you can't 'fix' it. A status LED light amber solid that would indicate a power or another failure of the base station. There is no serviceable parts by the user, that you can replace.
If the product is less than 1 year, Apple will replace the unit for you... or... If you have AppleCare implemented on a registered product, the AirPort base station is covered up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

My iPhone 4S began no not detecting WiFi signals. I have fixed that by removing the SIM card, but after awhile it was not detected at all and kept scanning. I bet if you went to "Setting"-> "Général"-> "About" you won't see any address for the WiFi radio.
If so, the radio has launched the bucket and as far as I know, it is part of the motherboard - there is therefore no route to the resurrection really... It is live with it that way, or get a replacement phone. I'm sorry.

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with causing spacing issues webfonts?
I got a new show pop up with my Muse project where a specific text with a time block is causing weird spacing on this specific page and in the global navigation menu.
I literally removed every piece of content of the page and placed on one by one until the problem reintroduced himself. It ends up being a block of text at the bottom of the page at the same time Crimson Text Italic (no paragraph or applied character style). It is really strange and I work for a few months now without problem in the file. If I change the police the problem disappears. Easy enough to choose a different font, but it seems that there should be a reasonable explanation as to why this is happening. I appreciate any comments anyone might have.

I use a monitor external when using my laptop Samsung QX410 and want to keep the computer when I close the lid.
When you try to change the settings in the Control Panel/change Advanced Power/power buttons and lid, I have only one option, 'Sleep', which is disabled (i.e., grayed out). I checked that I have administrator rights and tried to change other settings of the power plan, etc., but can not set my laptop / privileges to activate the other options.
The laptop computer was purchased with Windows 7 pre-loaded, and I contacted the support of Samsung. They tried to help me but eventually determined that it is a matter of Windows 7.

ebaltazar - I set myself. This is the Samsung Fast Start program which causes the options disabled.
To fix:
Go to start programs/Samsung/Fast Start, which will open and you will see that the default setting is 'On '. Select 'off '.
Return to the option of power control and the option to do nothing for lid close Action will be there.
Pretty quick fix. Samsung surprised don't know when I talked to them.
