My computer keeps restarting while trying to start Windows

After reading a few similar questions here, I tried to start safe mode and had the same results.  Then I chose 'Disable automatic restart in case of system failure'.

It has a blue screen.  The error at the top has shown

"IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

Under the technique, he showed

"STOP: 0X0000000A (0X00000002, 0000001 0 X, 0 X 98954288, 0X9051F787F).

I also tried to start using last good configuration.  This is responsible and made me on the desk, but as soon as I tried to do anything, the computer restarts.

Can anyone give me some help/idea as to what is the problem and if it is repairable?  Thank you.

Hi tbyrd81,

  1. Remember to make changes to the computer, after which the issue started?

I suggest you to take a look at the following article link and check if it helps:

I took the hard drive from my laptop which is having the issue and hooked it up to my desktop computer as a secondary drive. Immediately my office told me that the drive has been a failure and to save the data. After that I saved and saved my important has not filed more than an hour later the drive stops responding. So for those of you who have this problem, I would find a way to connect the hard drive to another computer as a secondary drive or slave and see if you get the same warning I did.save that you have important files before the death of the road. hope this has been helpful.

  • AT100 keeps restarting while trying to connect to internet

    Hello

My partner has recently acquired an AT100 Tablet and it was working fine last night. Since then, the internet has been restarted and now, as he tried to connect to the internet (about "" obtain IP address"), it restarts. Every time. If anyone has any suggestions that do not begin with "Run a factory reset", I would be grateful. I really don't want ot have to perform a factory reset to each time the modem/router is turned off.

Maybe this has happened due to the reset of the router WLan

How can I determine my type of memory to change?

My computer keeps restarting, against all odds, while I browse the internet, I have advised me to try to change the memory card, but I do not know how to determine the type of card, I need. I have a Mirus counter top, and I'm running Windows XP SP3.

    Hi paulipaul,

You can take any memory card (RAM-Random Access Memory), but make sure that it should be less than 4 GB. For the shoring of RAM to the motherboard you are using, refer to the manual of the computer.

    Hi Bill,

Whenever I change back the 500 GB in the com, the sound signal occurs only backwards the system continues the reopening for abt... 10 + times?

So the questions are now fixed, unless you put the other disk hard?

    Test the other hard drive.

Go to the website of your computer manufacturer > find specifications of hardware in your computer (hard drive) > access the Web Hard Drive from the manufacturer site > download their diagnostic software > make a Bootable disc > test your hard drive.

And run the F12 as I advised you to do so.

    It is DELL's Diagnostics software.

    Good luck with it.

  • My computer keeps restarting with a driver failure

I have a laptop Acer Aspire that I have had for about 9 months. I've noticed a few problems over the last 4 months with this computer. It keeps restarting now. Sometimes after it restarts once it starts up perfectly fine but other times he keeps just restarting without end I tried to do a clean boot, cleaning the registry, the chkdsk, the sfc and update the display driver (since sometimes random color banding appears on the screen instead of a reboot or the Office would just go crooked with lines paralyzed at startup programs open to the top or icons). But im still getting the same problem and recently I got a blue screen on a driver failure.

These are the details that I received from whocrashed:
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\101713-49764-01.dmp
    Uptime: 03:29:14
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt! KeBugCheckEx + 0x0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x9F (0x3, 0xFFFFFA8007855A10, 0xFFFFF800064223D8, 0xFFFFFA8006974880)
    Error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
Bug control description: this bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.
This seems to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The accident took place in the Windows kernel. Maybe this problem is caused by another driver who cannot be identified at this time.
    Any help will be appreciated

  • iPad 2 keeps restarting while loading

I was given an iPad 2 and said that it might not work, but I thought it was worth a shot. After plugging in it started but the battery was at 1% and after going through the whole upward for a few minutes, she has restarted itself. I thought that the battery must have has just been completely dead after you have not used for some time.

I had reset and put to update via iTunes and set up as a new iPad. He managed to do throughout the this without turning off despite only be connected to a USB port I found strange.

Now I got the charger for nearly an hour and the battery is only 3%, but it still keeps restarting and running with battery at 3%.

    Any idea what could happen?

EDIT: left in DFU mode for a bit and it is always off

Since it has been restored as new and the problem persists, we guarantee that it is not software partner. If you have tried a different cable and the problem persists, it is more that likely a problem of material and the iPad will have to be repaired or replaced.

I would say to contact the Apple Support and run a diagnostic on the device because it can be a simple battery problem.

    Hope this helps

Sounds like a problem of material for me.  If you get nothing written on the screen at all it is not same ad successfully and what is a failure.  Could be a number of issues. Time for the maintenance of the material from a reliable source.

  • My computer keeps restarting.

OK, the computer used to work very well. Since a few months now whenever I am playing a game or a video or simply using the computer it restarts randomly. As far as I know all the software are up to date. Nothing is in conflict with other hardware or software. It becomes more frustrating. Help would be apreciated.

    Hi Josh91,

    1. you receive an error message when the computer restarts?

    2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

I suggest that you check in the event viewer to find out the cause of the issue and after return with details.

Procedure to view and manage event logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/308427

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you perform a clean boot and check.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:
