My computer says 'No Sound Device'.

My computer sound works fine and no problem then something happens which is nothing I did stop working. I tried to download the audio drivers dell it's for my computer but nothing works. I did a full reinstall and still no his and my sound card is built into my motherboard. I have a Dell desktop computer: Dimension E310, HJ5TCB1. Can anyone "Please, help me?"  I do online College of business management and it is very difficult to do when you have no sound. I would be really grateful if anyone help.
