  Here's something you can do.

  1 visit the computer manufacturer and download the latest graphic drivers Intel.

  2 start the computer in safe mode as this will start with mode low resolution.

  3 uninstall the graphics driver from Device Manager.

Most of the time, closing and opening the progrm do nothing, only a reboot solves the problem for a while. I should also mention that, while the keyboard stops working in this particular program, the program itself is not frozen and it works fine if I use the touchpad.

  Found the culprit. 16.0.0.614 Kaspersky virtual keyboard. For the disabled that and no more problems.
