Hello Locoust

In my opinion, this is a typical symptom of overheating. The unit can be not cool properly and if the temperature of the material is too high, the unit stops down to protect the hardware components. You can try to remove only dust.

Otherwise you can contact the service partner or even your local dealer. As far as I know they do cleaning professionals. It costs a little, but this way you can be sure that the unit is cleaned properly.

    Hello

A spontaneous stop that does not have Windows stop properly is usually initiated by the hardware of the system to prevent damage to the components. Usually, as 99% of the time, it is due to an overheating condition. Modern hardware system monitors this condition and automatically shut down the system if the temperature exceeds pre-set limits. Turning off this feature or change temperature settings is not the right solution, even those these options may exist in the system BIOS.

The right way to cope is to open the case and blow out any accumulation of dust or debris, in particular on the processor fan and heat sink. You want to check that all fans, including food, work correctly and replace any that are not. Make sure that the tower itself is placed in a position where there are a lot of circulation of air, do not place it in a cabinet with a door that is closed all the time, simply won't be enough air flow.

In the case of a laptop, the best you can do is ensure that the intake and exhaust exits are cleared when the system is in use, and sometimes, it is recommended that you use a cooler rug to make life easier along. Using one on a soft surface like a pillow or cushion bed can make the problem worse by blocking air flow and prevent the circulation required to dissipate heat build up.

  • Base HP EliteBook 8760w model: computer suddenly starts running slow

I was playing a game when the FPS started becomes weak, and it is gradually degraded over time. I suddenly realized that my power cord was not connected to the computer, and he was running low on battery so I charged it. After loading, nothing has changed, my browser was slow, staggered games, youtube videos would be in audio delay, then speed up again, just acted really bad. The CPU usage was always about 100% and before all this, my computer has been perfectly fine, extremely fast and usually I would get 144 fps in the game, but now I get 2-12. I tried malwarebytes, safe mode, clean boot, reboot, let it rest overnight, with ca running but no battery, using optimized bios by default, ccleaner clean and ccleaner registry clean.

I never encountered this problem before, is it a virus or did I burn/break something?

    A few ideas

Try a Hard Reset / forced:

    =================================================

    Hard Reset / forced

    • Close running of programs, the browsers and games

    Next

    If you use a laptop

    • Close all your programs and shut down your computer
    • Unplug everything (little unifying for the keyboard / mouse external can stay)
    • Perform the forced reset for your laptop model
    • Start the computer and connect

OTHERWISE, if you are using a desktop computer

    • Close all your programs and shut down your computer
    • Disconnect devices USB, speakers, other drives useless
    • Unplug the computer thirty seconds
    • Connect the power supply (plug in)
    • Reconnect the devices
    • Start / start the computer and log in

Reminder: forced reset is a device reset.  The procedure do not destroy your files, or it destroys your Windows installation somehow.  Forced Reset "forces the system to erase and restore the software connections between the BIOS and hardware."

    =================================================

    • Try to reinstall your game.
    • Take a look at the overall performance from the point of view that the computer is probably not infected - it might be, but maybe it's a coincidence based on timing rather that on a computer running on battery - consider that the system may like to have low maintenance.

Improving the performance of the system without adding memory (Windows 7)

    • Given the system beating on concern one of the programs that ordinarily would behave himself.  Take a look at the resource monitor - check what is running, how much resources each program uses, and whether these programs that are running are include as expected (not running Amok and steal all the resources).

How to use Windows 7 resource monitor

  • My bookmark 'COMPUTER' suddenly disappeared, HELP!

Only the "COMPUTER folder/bookmark is missing from my bookmarks bar. Every other bookmark from the toolbar is stable, as the toolbar itself. I know how to restore the Favorites, as I backup frequently. However, in the restoration, I won't lose a good number of changes, moves and respective additions of others bookmarks and their marked envelopes of a bookmark.

Therefore, using restore itself and is, of course, a last resort, but there should be and long ago there was a now forgotten, way to go towards a 'library' restore only lack Toolbar/folder, without having to use the backup restore.

Knows the option above to anyone? Finally, can anyone suggest why this exact situation has occurred under my administration a few more times? What could I do to cause this sudden disappearance while I'm working in the missing bookmark (that I forgot to mention earlier). Something may be corrupt? I need some "with it" ammunition for future episodes! These events are really traumatic for me... No. a joke!

    Hello

Firefox automatically creates backups of your bookmarks, which can be useful if your bookmarks are lost or missing. To retrieve them, follow the instructions below.

    1. Use one of the following methods to open the bookmarks library window:

      • Click the Firefox button to open the menu and click on bookmarks.
      • Click on the menu of bookmarks and click show all bookmarks.
    2. At the top of the library window, click on the "Import and backup" menu and select restore.
    3. Click on the date of the backup of bookmarks you want to recover.
    4. In the new window that appears, click OK.
    5. Your bookmarks in the selected date should now be restored.

  • Satellite Pro A200-PSAE4E - computer laptop shuts down randomly

I've had my Satellite Pro A200-PSAE4E for about a year and a half now. He ran very well most of the time, but in recent months he has been stop itself randomly. There is no warning or "Windows is shutting down" he just me using my computer to a blank screen.

After frustrated with her, I did a full format my HARD drive and started from scratch. This does not solve the problem, and since then, the taskbar freezes. When I click on it I get the error and the hourglass cursor message "Windows Explorer is not responding... "I then have to click"restart", which makes the taskbar disappear for a few seconds before returning (usually without my sound icon).

The laptop turns off when it is connected to the electric network with & without the battery and when running only on battery, so I excluded all power problem.

I have considered it heats up too, but I use a block of cooling with built-in fans and has not himself in a few minutes after being hit not 24 hours, so I'm not sure that's the problem.

    Someone at - it ideas?

I am running WIndows Vista Home Premium 32-bit if that's any help.

    Thank you.

    > It worked fine most of the time, but in recent months he has been stop itself randomly.

I think that the problem of overheating.
The fact is that the laptop would be down automatically stops in order to avoid that the pieces of equipment against damage.
In most cases this problem can be solved very easily. Using a jet of compressed air, you can remove the dust from the cooling modules and fans.
I clean my fans from time to time, because I noticed a higher temperature and the laptop was a little stronger.

In any case there may be a problem with the USB stack in Windows XP Service Pack 3 so I recommend you to install the following fix can correct a problem of 'timing' of USB that can be useful for the error you receive:

There was a driver of Synology (busenum.sys) loaded during the crash, but it does not appear to be involved in the accident.
