My computer thinks it's Russelville, Arkansas, and I'm in Montgomery, Texas. How can I change?

When I'm on yahoo and ask a question, example, where to find my oil changed. It gives me addresses of Russelville, Ark. In my time, it gives me the same thing. Yahoo said that I need to change my address on my ISP, which is Mozilla. How do I do that?

Mozilla is not your ISP. Firefox is a web browser.
