My computer won't let me connect to one of my accounts. The screen remains blue or said: "this product must be activated with microsoft" why is this?
My computer crashed on me and when I tried to reboot, the computer would not let me connect to my own account, nor my accounts of family members. I tried to use the System Restore tool, but the computer says that the menu command / I'm trying to use does not exist. I don't have the CD or the floppy to boot. When I try to log in to my administrator account on the computer says, "this product must be activated with Microsoft." Can anyone help?

If you are unable to connect to any user account then, how did you try the System Restore tool?
We will try these steps and check.
Step 1: Use know last good Configuration option and check.
Step 2: Check to see if the problem persists in safe mode. If the problem persists not in safe mode and then try to perform the clean boot.

When you use the internet, my virus detector asked if I would allow google chrome to download a newer version. I clicked on the decline, and then my internet has stopped working. I finally got back on, but now my computer won't let me use google chrome as a browser. It indicates that the internet connection is not available. I was able to use other browsers, but not Google. I tried disabling my firewall to see if it would work then, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions? I'm afraid, that I blocked it somehow. Thank you!!

You can try the following.
Shut down the laptop. Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER. If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore. Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration. When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.
Another option if the above does not help is as follows.
Shut down the laptop. Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console. Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

When you log in Mode safe mode, it accepts the password for your administrator account? In Safe Mode, open Control Panel and select user accounts. It shows on your account administrator?
If so, while in Safe Mode, select Start Programs/Accessories/tools system. Click on System Restore .
1. click on the Next button. Place a check mark to show more restore Points.
2. Select a restore point with a date and time before when you saw for the first time this question.
3. press the Next button. Click the Finish button.
Start System Restore and restart the computer. Make sure that it ends completely before doing anything.
NOTE: Using Safe Mode system restore is permanent. You will not be able to cancel the system restore process.
