  We strive to create a POST of an external page to an active form Eloqua.  We spend the Type of preference (Subscribe /Unsubscribe) and the name of Group of email in our POST request so that, when we can drive the presentation of these values for the group by e-mail with the correct Type of preference in Eloqua, and it seems not work. See attachment for the snapshot of our processing steps. We missing something here?

  I could find the answer to that, however, it is of no use in our application.

  We need instead to pass the name of e-mail group, pass id e-mail group.  They are not easy to retrieve and we have our group ID changed so that they cannot be changed or in correspondence.

  To answer the other part of my question, the Subscribe value is '1' and unsubscribe is '0 '.

  I see what you mean now. Seems to be a problem with your phone field. Did you by chance change the email for a field phone field? I see that you do not have a field of electronic mail and an email field is required for the form to work. If I add an email to the contact number field, it works fine.

  The root of the problem (look at the code you posted), it's that there is no event that determines what should happen when your data comes back from PHP. When you use loadvariables, you need an event for mcForm, like our:

  {mcForm.onData = function ()}
  do something
  }

  The problem according to what I see is that on your main timeline code checks the value of mcForm.skickat, but you do not seem to define this variable anywhere. The php script returns a variable named 'send', but I do not see anywhere skickat. If it is not set, its value will be always "not defined".

  To make things more efficient, you should really use loadVars and a reponsed instead of loadVariables Manager. When you use loadVariables, all variables in the clip are sent to your php script that transfer really just data loss. Using loadVars, you specify what vars to send, making the process more efficient. See the docs... everything is in there (with examples).

  BTW... This is the Flash Media Server forum. In the future, you might want to ask questions like this in the general flash or actionscript forum, you will get more answers (more people read on these forums)

  I can't comment on the proposed amendment that has been given.

  I guess you already checked the mouse settings in case there is some fantasy in this utility who think you want that he disabled this way.  I can't imagine what that but there might be something that hides the mouse during the strike that is defective.  Disable all suspicious settings & try again - you might need to reboot to get a reliable result.

  Initial checks, I would say go into Control Panel, Manager of devices.  Search for all the warnings on the mouse & the video adapter.  Update their drivers [right-click, update drivers].

  If this does not work then check the compatibility of Windows http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-gb/default.aspx and check to your PC & manufacturers of mouse support sites for advice, including Windows 7 tips & updated drivers.

  If this does not fix it then confirm the list of controls that you did & results back here.  Include your brand-model-version PC, the mouse brand-model-version, the version of Win7 & x 32 / x 64.
