  First, close your office cc application.

  then, rename the opm.db file by:

  Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example

  Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

  Sorry to hear that you are facing this problem. You can try the following:

  Open the Task Manager and kill the following processes:

  -Cloud.exe creative

  -Adobe Office Service.exe

  -CoreSync.exe

  -CCLibrary.exe

  -AdobeIPCBroker.exe

  -AAM updates Notifier.exe

  Now download the Installer Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps and run it.

  To diagnose the problem, I would appreciate if you could share your machine logs. You can use the collector logging tooland download the zip file created on the desktop for your choice of file sharing service. Send me the link for the file to download.
