Creative Cloud applications tab does not display
I don't see the applications tab in the creative cloud, I'm on a Mac Pro running the Version OS X El Capitan 10.11.1
I tried several solutions suggested on different threads and finally just tried a complete reinstall:
(1) deleted the OOBE folder and restarted - failed.
(2) disconnected and uninstalled creative Cloud > deleted OOBE, AAMUpdater, Applications Manager > Restarted > Ran creative cloud cleaning tool > cloud creative re - failed.
(3) uninstalled or removed absolutely every file related to Adobe or a file I could find, YUP, deleted the entire Adobe folder > Restarted > Ran creative cloud cleaning tool > cloud creative re - failed.
It is extremely frustrating for me! This puts me behind on projects for my work because I can't work with my colleague that integrates the latest version of Muse and I did not.
-Very well, so references of Megha did not help me even if the solution is clear: applications no. tab / empty House food in a creative cloud on the new Mac Pro
I had already seen this and a similar position and he tried again and again. The problem was that wanted me a whole step reading neglect on my part:
First step: Run creative tool for cleaning on the creative cloud desktop (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)
Step 2: Open Finder > go > go to folder > ~/Library (this is your user library) > Application Support > Adobe > delete 'AAMUpdater' and 'OOBE' records
* Step 3: In the Finder > go > go to folder > / library (this is the Mac library) > Application Support > Adobe > delete 'AAMUpdater' and 'OOBE' files *.
Step 4: go to Applications > utilities > remove "Adobe Application Manager" and "Adobe Creative Cloud' files
Fifth step: download Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4774&fileID=4438)
Step 6: Go to Applications > utilities > Adobe Application Manager > Core > launch PDApp
* I missed this crucial step because I did not know that these folders exist in the two libraries. I kept deleting my user library, you will need to remove it at once. Hope this helps someone else who continues to work in this issue for the same reason. I finally got to watch the person customer service Adobe take over my screen and do something I certainly could have done if I paid more attention.

Creative Cloud Application Manager does not open
After some problems with the first CC I had to remove and reinstall. He moved back to version 7.0. After a reboot of my system, I see that creative cloud isn't the automatic opening at startup. I'm going to open Creative Cloud Application Manager to update and it does not open. The creative cloud icon bounces a few times then disappears. I tried to update since the creation of inside the application itself (help > update), but then I got this message:
I've deleted and reinstalled creative cloud, trashed my prefs, rebooted my system, all the normal stuff. But it still doesn't work. Help, please. I need to be able to update the software.
Hi Jessica,.
You can try to uninstall the creative and any product Creative Cloud cloud with uninstalling programs to
Mac HD > Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers
Then run the cleanup tool and remove any cloud creative associates
http://www.Adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Then reinstall the creative application of Cloud and all desktop applications once again, as first Pro CC

Sorry, it took me a few days to get back to you. Busy week!
Hmmm... uninstall programs Adobe does not is not something I've encountered. It is possible to run the Creative Cloud to solve installation problems cleaning tool could help, but it can be also quite simply time for individualized technical troubleshooting so you don't waste hours of work more. To this end, I recommend you Contact customer via chat. Make sure that you are connected with the identifier Adobe associated with your subscription to the CC.
If the cat is able to help find a solution and you is not afraid to take a few moments to share, please let us know by responding to this discussion. I want to understand what is causing the problem.

Creative cloud cleaning tool does not open
I've updated my OS X to El Capitan, and my creative application of cloud Manager does not load one of my Apps (either to install or uninstall). I only get the current blue bars. I read through many forums on this subject now and most seem to say that it is related to a conflict with older versions of Adobe apps on my system, so I tried to wipe by downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/KB/CC-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
But, for some reason I can't open this application. The dmg seems to go, but the program itself does not open. She bounces on my dock for a bit, then finally presents itself as "not responding".
Does anyone else have this problem?Hi Edwarde88677759,
