my credit card is in charge, but I don't have the free trial version, how can I contact someone to cancel this monthly payments?

Just check out my credit card balance and paid me for creative cloud for two months, I have no idea how it happened, I go on my account and it tells me I have the free subscription if I can't find the payment to cancel my subscription. I can not really find a way to cancel this service that I have not yet. How can I fix this! ??
