The cursor jumps around while I type.  Sometimes what I just typed disappears.

  • How to choose different lines for a single sale order and ship individually

I have a customer order of lets say 10 broadside of this same article for quantities of 10 each which means 100 quantities.

When I use the release sales order form it will take the entire order and forward it.

But I need to take the line and then generate a delivery against it and then to ship and invoice it.

You can take different lines for a single sales order and ship individually using FORM of TRANSACTION of DELIVERIES.

I have a set of data like this in one of my paintings. (This is a simple representation of the original data.)

    Reference table1.jpg

    Id        | Type               | Value | Start_date | End_date

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ZTR0098 | ALLOW | 0 | 1 JUN | 2 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | ADTAX | 0 | 1 JUN | 2 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | MXTAX | 0 | 1 JUN | 9 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | ALLOW | 4. 3 JUN | 15 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | ADTAX | 44.00 | 3 JUN | 17-JUNE |

    ZTR0098 | MXTAX | 2. 10 JUN | 17-JUNE |

    ZTR0098 | ALLOW | 5. 16-JUNE | 20 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | ADTAX | 55,34 | 18 JUN | 22 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | MXTAX | 1. 18 JUN | 25 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | MXTAX | 6. 26 JUN | 31 AUG |

    ZTR0098 | ADTAX | 20.09. 23 JUN | 23 JUL |

    ZTR0098 | ALLOW | 8. 21 JUN | 31 AUG |

    ZTR0098 | ADTAX | 45. 24 JUL | 31 AUG |

each line has a type and a rasthaus id to it. ID belongs to other parent tables. the value of each type is given, and the validity of each value is followed by a field start_date and end_date.

All values start from 1 - JUN and expires on 31 - AUG. Now my requirement is to obtain a report that gives three columns for three different types (ALLOW, ADTAX and MXTAX) with combination of unique values in the effective time interval. Let me put the result below.

    Reference table2.jpg

    Id         | ALLOW | ADTAX | MXTAX |  Start_date | End_date

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ZTR0098 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 JUN | 2 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 4. 44.00 | 0 | 3 JUN | 9 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 4. 44.00 | 2. 10 JUN | 15 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 5. 44.00 | 2. 16-JUNE | 17-JUNE |

    ZTR0098 | 5. 55,34 | 1. 18 JUN | 20 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 8. 55,34 | 1. 21 JUN | 22 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 8. 20.09. 1. 23 JUN | 25 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 8. 20.09. 6. 26 JUN | 23 JUL |

    ZTR0098 | 8. 45. 6. 23 JUL | 31 AUG |

As you can see there are no duplicate rows for a combination of (ALLOW, ADTAX and MXTAX) with their respective dates in force. resulting in the above table. the first step is to convert lines to the column which is pretty obvious to do that by grouping on start_date and end_date colum, but the real deal is the time interval during which the combination of the values (ALLOW, ADTAX, and MXTAX) has remained constant.

I wrote under query using Group by.

    Select

    ID,

NVL (max (decode (type, "ALLOW", value)), 0) as ALLOW

NVL (max (decode (type, 'ADTAX', value)), 0) as ADTAX

NVL (max (decode (type, 'MXTAX', value)), 0) as MXTAX

    Start_date,

    End_date

    from my_table

    Group of start_date, end_date, id

    start_date, end_date

the results it gives are like this:

    Reference table3.jpg

    Id       | ALLOW | ADTAX | MXTAX |  Start_date | End_date

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    ZTR0098 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 JUN | 2 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 0 | 0 | 2. 1 JUN | 9 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 4. 0 | 0 | 3 JUN | 15 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 0 | 44.00 | 0 | 3 JUN | 17-JUNE |

    ZTR0098 | 0 | 0 | 2. 10 JUN | 17-JUNE |

    ZTR0098 | 5. 0 | 0 | 16-JUNE | 20 JUN |

    ZTR0098 | 0 | 55,34 | 0 | 18 JUN | 22 JUN |

    .   .

    . .

    like wise

but I'm not able to determine the time intervals by using the SQL query.

    Frank Kulash:

I'm stuck (mentally) to the fact that there is an amount without discernment of records in the base table for each type of REC_ID.

Some employees have 5 folders for REC_ID, 10 REC_ID 6 and 7 for REC_ID 7, which leaves me confused in how many self-joins I should do, or if it is at all possible.  I did a lot of arithmetic of dates with the data on the same line and certain ranks () functions for data residing on different lines, but this 1 seems to confuse me...

I ran 1 self-join as below to see what it looks like and it confused me even more because I know the timestamp of the arithmetic in where clause still will not produce data as I want...  I am now trying another way...

    SELECT td2.rec_id,

    TD2.emp_id,

    TD2.rec_date

    Of

    test_data2 td2

    LEFT JOIN test_data td1 ON td1.emp_id = td2.emp_id

    It's a good start.

You want an inner join, however, not an outer join, not you?  Outer join means "include td2 lines if they have data in the corresponding TD1".  If I understand the question, you are only interested in cases where it is matching data.

Here's a way to do it:

    WITH joined_data AS

    (

    SELECT d5.emp_id

    d5.rec_date LIKE date_1

    d6.rec_date AS date_2

    d7.rec_date AS date_3

    ROW_NUMBER () OVER (PARTITION BY d5.emp_id

    ORDER BY d5.rec_date

    d6.rec_date

    d7.rec_date

    ) AS r_num

    OF test_data d5

    JOIN test_data d6 ON d6.emp_id = d5.emp_id

    AND d6.rec_date > = d5.rec_date

    AND d6.rec_date<= d5.rec_date="" +="">

    JOIN test_data d7 ON d7.emp_id = d6.emp_id

    AND d7.rec_date > = d6.rec_date

    AND d7.rec_date<= d6.rec_date="" +="">

    WHERE d5.rec_id = '5'

    AND d6.rec_id = "6"

    AND d7.rec_id = "7"

    )

    SELECT emp_id, date_1, date_2, date_3

    OF joined_data

    WHERE r_num = 1

    ;

The subquery joined_data find all combinations of rows that meet the criteria.  We want to only 1 line by emp_id, so I used ROW_NUMBER assign unique r_nums (starting at 1) to all lines with the same emp_id and then, in the main query, rejected all but the 1st row.

Knapen had a good idea, but it won't work for all cases.  There may be situations where the only combination of rows that meet the criteria does not use the MIN or MAX of dates of one (or several).

    Hello

I have a 'test' table, which contains three columns:

    ID varchar2 (10), product varchar2 (100), source varchar2 (100).

I have provided two specimen below:

    ID PRODUCT SOURCE
    ----------------------------------------------------
    ID1 | P1, P2 | S1, S2
    ID2. P1, P3 | S2, S3

I need to split the product and the source of the values (separated by commas) and make different lines out of them. Looks like the result required below:

    ID PRODUCT SOURCE
    ----------------------------------------------------
    ID1 | P1 | S1
    ID1 | P1 | S2
    ID1 | P2 | S1
    ID1 | P2 | S2
    ID2. P1 | S2
    ID2. P1 | S3
    ID2. P3 | S2
    ID2. P3 | S3

Could someone help me regarding this? The number of values separated by commas will be dynamic and we have zero between two commas too.

    Kind regards
