  A part of the text in e-mail from a particular sender does not at all appear in gmail or my hotmail in Firefox e-mail account. When I go to the same email using Internet Explorer, all the text is there. I tried the email viewing with disabled modules, and that did not fix the problem.

  I don't see any purpose to have so many tags nested inside one another, because they are very repetitive, but many creation tools make no effort to write good HTML as long as it works in IE.

  The problem is that Firefox is not by not showing what it is rather than is not showing an image of plain text, as you saw when you paste into a word processing document. At least then you would know when something is missing. I don't know if/when that will be fixed, this is a known issue for some time.

  The redirect solution does not work on Gmail rich text/HTML mode, but if you switch to plain text mode, the list without style appears as a piece of text (screen attached). Not very useful, but it is there in a pinch.

  Sorry I don't have a good fix for the moment.

• Mail does not appear to be updated on my iPhone.

  The mail on my iPhone function does not work correctly. Mail arrives regularly on my iMac, but not my iPhone. When I go to the mail function, it remains in the mode of 'check' the e mail for a minute or two. Then it says "(mis à jour à 629 am) well well now 3 09:30 and more than several e mail arrived on my desk." Extra, many messages that are there take forever to get to load, with the "loading" icon turns on the screen for a long time. I deleted several emails on my iMac, but they do not appear as deleted on iPhone.

  The next thing I would try is a forced reboot:

  If it still does not help, try to switch to airplane mode, force the restart again and then turn off airplane mode.

  If these simple things still do not work (and make sure that your device is configured for your network correctly), then the next step would probably be a restore of backup and restore (more dramatically) like new.

  I understand that messages you read on one device are marked as such on each of them. I know it's important to be in control of your data, so I'm happy to give you some information on this.

  It seems that the email service you use the IMAP protocol. This means that all messages are stored on the servers of the provider of messaging, and therefore any changes to their account across all devices connected to this account. If you haven't lived it before, then you were previously using POP, who instead downloads the messages to devices individually.

  To change this, you want to talk to your email provider to see if they still support pop. You can see more info about the server settings that you can need them (and an explanation of the IMAP at the bottom of the page) in this article:

  I use Windows XPO professional and Outlook Express 6.

  Otherwise, how do you mean "emails should display"?  I don't understand the problem then.  What do you expect when you start OE?

  If it is not directly in the Inbox, you can have corruption and you can go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Then see if it works.

  When I plug a portable HDD computer pings and made the installation of the device and then nothing. I tried to change the default values of the autorun but nothing. Interestingly enough the drive appears in Device Manager. I'm puzzled! Can someone help me?

  I have windows vista Home premium OS on a Dell Inspiron 530.  Some time previously, autorun would not work, but I could open the program manually.  Who has also disappeared.  The drivers are later and Device Manager shows the drive works properly.

  I've used RegZooka.  If I have damaged registry, how can I restore it?  If I open REGEDIT it opens directly onto the CD/DVD key.

• Yahoo mail does not load correctly

  Yahoo mail does not appear correctly. Does not add, or graphics. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled the latest version and it did not help. I started Firefox Add - ons disabled and this did not help. Yahoo email is the only site to be on. Gmail opens fine with Firefox and yahoo mail opens fine in Internet Explorer. It started tonight and nothing on my computer has been changed before you start.

Yahoo mail not properly opens with Firefox, if you try to open it with Yahoo messenger open. If anyone runs into this problem, close on yahoo Messenger and open your mail with Firefox alone.
