My ethernet cable gives me a code 10 error. can anyone tell me wjat that means and how to fix it?

I have a router and it does not work as my other computer will appear online. and my children can use for their laptops. It's a lynx sys router. I was connected to it and use, I rebooted the system and he went. by checking the system, I have an error code on my ethernet connection. I don't know how to solve this problem. If you know or have an idea as to what this means please let me know.

Thank you

Rick

Google says that this can be caused by a disabled setting in the BIOS, or (thankfully) just a driver issue. Download the model of the computer and work on your work computer go the manufacturer's website and find the network driver in the driver section. Then put it on a USB key or something similar, put him on the no work on computer and install the driver by double clicking on it and going through the installation.
