My Firefox drop-down list no longer shows when I connect Internet. How can I get that back so I can clear my history?

When I downloaded Firefox, there is a green button for Firefox on the top left corner of my screen. He's gone, so I can't do things like clear my history. How can I get that back? I don't know when he disappeared. My computer is only a month and I have finally cleared my story about 2 weeks ago.

Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Ctrl + Shift + F).

If you are in full screen view then hover over with the mouse upward to make the bar appear Navigation and tab bar.

You can click the maximize button in the upper right to leave the mode full screen or empty space of a right-click on a toolbar and use "exit full screen" or press F11.

    Hi guys,.

    I'm pretty new to CC (my last version was MX), and like I've lost a lot of time on joomla, due back to Dreamweaver and uses a model (bought) to kickstart things, which seems to me now that estates the hang of... except for a problem I have encountered with the navigation menu dropdown horizontal.  The (temporary) link provided below - each time I fly over the 'Sports' menu, the menu drop-down appears with the selection of different sports, in below (archery, baseball, basketball etc) - but as soon as I start to move my cursor to the bottom of this list, the drop-down list together disappears completely - perform some of the selections is inaccessible.  It doesn't happen so much with the Self Help menu, which has a much shorter drop-down list selection.   I'm not sure what I can do to control it... any thoughts would be much appreciated!  http://www.mindtraining.net/dreamweaver/index5.html

    Thank you, Craig T

    I don't think that your problem is as much a thing of z-index because it's a thing of positioning.  Your subnav is too far from the parent link.  Try this:

    #nav .subNav {}

    position: absolute;

    left:-9999px; / * This erases the subnavs off the page * /.

    top: 4px;

    }

    Hi penn,.

    Please try and reset the Photoshop preferences to default.

    To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

    In addition, let us know the version of operating system that you are using now.

    Let us know if that helps.

  • Tabs aren't appearing online with the Firefox drop-down list button.

    Here is a screenshot of the problem: http://i.imgur.com/y2binxI.png

    The tab bar is not the tail with the drop-down list button, and nothing I've tried yet fixed.

    Things I've tried:

    - Un-maximising and re-maximising the window (this has worked in the past when I have this problem, but not this time)
    - Moving things around in the Customize screen to see if something got moved out of place
    - Restarting with add-ons disabled
    - Checking for any toolbars to hide/unhide

    I have not yet tried to do a full uninstall/reinstall again because, well, that would be a little pain.

    Any suggestions?

    You run Firefox with an enlarged screen?

    You can set the Boolean pref browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar true on the topic: config page to see if that helps.

  • Quick drop-down list doesn't show more :( LV2009f2

    My quick-drop list does more when I press ctrl-space.  When initially, I press ctrl-space (after the loading of LabVIEW) my machine behaves as it is responsible for the drop-down list (LabVIEW gal and my hard drive of thrashes for a minute), but no drop-down list.  My computer is a bit slow and obsolete (the long time loading initial from the drop-down list hense) so perhaps that's the issue.  I'm running a 1.6 GHz Centrino w / 1.5 GB of ram and Windows XP SP3.

    I tried to restart.  I was using the drop-down list a little before it stopped working.  I would avoid a complete reinstall of LabVIEW on it.

    Any advice?

    Thank you!

    Just grasp at straws but...

    In the VG. INI file there is a line

    "QuickDropPosition ="

    This apperas to save where the window QD waas when last used. Maybe yours is defined for a position out of the screen.

  • Why don't point in the drop-down list address not remove when selected and click on remove

    on version 14.1 - to remove an item in the drop-down address, said the point the address line the right click and select delete - this clears the address line but point remains in the drop-down list and does disappear not - why point unclear when you return to fall down to check this

    the system is XP and ff 14.1

    I think that you need for the arrow down to the element, so it is highlighted, and then press DELETE.

    (I meant the keyboard delete key, you can't right click on the drop-down list).

  • MY button "List all tabs" disappeared, how do I get that back?

    I used to have a small arrow in the top right corner of my screen called 'list all tabs' when I clicked it, it gave me a drop down of all my open tabs. Somehow he disappeared and I do not know how to retrieve
    I tried to go in customize, but could not find it.
    Help, please!

    This appears only if you have enough tabs open. IIRC the default value is 7.

    Once you have several tabs that they will not all display and you'll get the appearing scroll arrows which allow you to see the hidden tabs and the small arrow below to display the drop-down list.

    If you do not have a lot of tabs open, but no arrow, try Firefox in its safe mode

    Maybe you have a few add-on to interfere

    Throughout this forum, we explain that you should stay away from the absolute and relative position elements. Yet once I would say STAY AWAY FROM ABSOLUTE AND RELATIVE ELEMENTS PACKING.

    To illustrate this, remove id = "floatdiv" in the menu container and you'll see that the menu works. OK, the menu do not seek as you wish, but this can easily be corrected with appropriate CSS.

  • How can I change the content of the drop-down list window which shows after JUST click the button START

    The window appears after using the right click on the mouse. Before I had a Tech. remove a Trojan visuses the window showed just find, Explorer, Delete, now it showes such articles that take control, Google, download of virus total.etc.  So, how can I get rid of items that I don't want?

    The menu that appears when you right-click is called the "context menu", and various third-party applications can install entries here.  You have several choices regarding the removal of these entries:

    1. If you can determine what application is involved, you can see if the application has a configuration or menu options enabling to customize what appears in the context menu.

    2. If you can determine what application is involved and that you no longer want or need this app, you can uninstall it.  Praseetha K is close, but no cigar gets.  Virus Total is an online service that checks uploaded for viruses, files.  Virus Total also offers a "upload" allowing you to download suspicious files by right-clicking (see http://www.virustotal.com/advanced.html).  You can decide if you want. If this is not the case, simply uninstall it.

    3. If you are unable to determine what application is involved, or you want to keep the application but it does not offer a configuration without the context menu item, download ShellExView and you will probably be able to go to the bottom of things pretty quickly.

  • I have upgraded to 4 and no longer have the drop-down list next to the icons of the arrow in the address bar that allows me to jump back and forward through Web pages I've visited.

    I've updated it Firefox 4 today and I no longer seem to have to drop the box that used to be next to the arrow icons that you use to move backward and forward between Web pages. It is one that allows you to skip the pages you have visited.

    Right click on the previous/next buttons.

  • When I try to go to some French Web sites, I get a warning of the very long drop-down list so long, it is impossible to see the end, where there is a button to click to say OK, I understand, we will see the Web site.

    You need to get to the bottom of this warning, or make them shorten.

    What kind of warning is that?

    It it a warning of this Web site or a warning from Firefox?

    You can usually confirm with enter and Cancel button (cancel) such a window with ESC (Escape).

    You can attach a screenshot?

    Use a type of compressed as PNG or JPG image to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
