  Thanks for the reply, but I found the solution.
  Many answers forum suggest to change the network settings, but that does not work either.
  The combination which solves the problem was to run "SuperAntiSpyware" who found a virus that Norton has not blocked. AND to uninstall and reinstall my copy of Norton 360.

  The second site load correctly, the first site is cut then you will have to scroll right to see all the when it loads. From what I can tell I have them designed the same. Anyone know why this is happening?

  Aparently if your page doesent scroll that the ipad will scroll to the right, making it the largest site will downword that the ipad wont let scroll to the right.

  When I go first to a web page, there is an empty bar on each side of the page (the page has already been maximized).  I tried to change the resolution (1600 x 900, true color (32 bit) 60 Hz), but this does not remove the bars.

  System checks indicate that there are no problems with the hardware or drivers.

  This indicates anything wrong with your computer/screen - it works as expected. As mentioned above, it is up to the Web designers, they want to get the pages in full screen or just adapt pages to the smaller screens (low resolution). Please note: still a lot of people out there who use 1280 x 800 screens or even smaller.

  The homepage (google) is sometimes fully loaded, sometimes, it appears that empty. If I go to other pages, FF gives up the loading process and only the background color is charged, or it seems totally blank. But he says that the page is loaded...

  Make a check of malware with a few programs to scan for malware.
  You must use all of the programs, because each detect different malware.
  Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database.

  Please try Ctrl + F5 refresh of the page. This allows to bring the content of the page again. If the problem persists please check if this happens in a new profile. If it's good, you can later copy the necessary personal data of the old profile. Firefox stores your personal data and settings to another separate location of the files/folder.   I'm sorry that it took me so long to revisit this issue.

  It seems that the pain I was experiencing was caused by one of the two addons: roomy Bookmarks Toolbar and (BookmarksBar) hide (or) Show - Hide Bookmarks Toolbar (can't remember who it is because I have already deleted them).

  It seems that one of them, or a combination of these addons caused problems of the no-load. Given that I removed these addons, it disappeared completely.

  I used FF for years and until the recent updates had no problem. Since upgrades FF is unresponsive or crashes frequently. Do not load pages or if they do not load they cling just forever. I went through the info on the help available and the proposed resolution has failed. Until upgrades FF for me was the most stable browser option.
  I use this for work and do not have the time for questions, in that I continue to run and having to use two browsers is stupid.

  OK, a few reports of incidents that have been submitted are blocking flash - which will be difficult to resolve because the plugin is like a black box. There was a flash adobe released update today, then you could see if it can improve things: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  I saw this problem listed several times before this post, but none of the solutions have helped me.

  I am using Firefox for ages and the latest 3 updates or so were expose this problem. When I try to load a website, Firefox will start to takes me to the page and then hang. The circle in the tab will stop moving and it will stay there until I move the mouse or press a key on the keyboard. As long as the mouse moves permanently or the keyboard keys are pressed, the page will load very well. The same thing happens with YouTube. The video starts and then freeze unless the keyboard/mouse is moved. Firefox also has this problem when I try to download a file from a Web site. The download starts and then hang on until I move the mouse or press a button, then it will continue for a few seconds and hang on again until I repeat the movement of the mouse or press the keyboard button.

  So far, I tried to update Firefox, Java and Flash; Starting Firefox in Safe Mode; uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox: do a complete uninstall and reinstall of Firefox with removing profile and creation. I ran ad next and malware detection with no infection found tools: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SuperAntispyware, and AdwCleaner scan Microsoft security, Windows Defender, Spybot Search & Destroy, utility Kasperky free Security Scan and Anti-rootkit TDSSKiller.

  The only thing I tried that 'seemed' to work was from Windows Mode safe mode with networking and run Firefox there. I was able to watch YouTube videos without freezing and websites seem to load properly. Of course, I can't run in Mode safe all the time.

  I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like when Firefox crashes on Google News. Note that the images in part loading, but a good number of them is waiting or not loaded.

  I hope someone can help me, because I like Firefox and I wouldn't switch to Chrome or (shudder) IE.

It seems to have something to do with the Visual data on the pages. My MSN homepage gets old and dies every time I open the page after the re-opening and closing of firefox. It takes forever! What is a memory drain? Each open page in a new session of firefox suffer the same fate.
