  I was given 5 swf files to add to a Web page. I insert > media > swf and added each swf along the left side of the page. I can read the files when I saw in firefox, ie, chrome, etc. I copied then all the videos, Scripts files and html on the remote server file. Any help will be appreciated.

  It seems to give the same strange message "the server cannot find the file specified" on any .swf. If you change a the .swf .jpg file, you get the standard message on the server 404 File not found.

  Try to place one of your .swf files in the same folder as your index.html page. Then navigate to it directly http://coeh.berkeley.edu/pehsu/oscar4.swf

  for example and see what happens.

  I wonder if it is not something your server administrator might help you here.

  Please try it out.

  Simply save this file "dallasxplosiontvcs.html" under the name "index.html", so your "dallasxplosiontvcs.html" remains in your directory, load the file 'index.html' on your server. Watch Hat happens, I'm sure you will be fine.

  The code in the HTML to the swf seems to be missing a whole bunch of settings, but I can't point the finger to say that it won't work.

  The best advice I can offer to get started is to use the code in the html page that Flash creates when you publish (be sure to have the html option selected in the settings of publication). You will see two sections of < script=""> and < noscript=""> which places the swf file in the html page and up in the head section will be one or two lines of code related to a javascript file: AC_RunActiveContent.js, you will need to include as well. Also, don't forget to copy the AC_RunActiveContent.js file on the server (Flash adds this file in swf file when you publish).

  See if it works for you.

I'm following the documentation on the use of xml with spry, but for some reason any when I view my page in a browser, the region appears then disappears immediately.   I downloaded the java script (new in CS3), but it still shows an empty area - the dimensions of swf - on the page. It has previewed fine locally, but not from the server.

  I assume that your allotted basket size is too small or you were not "empty" the collector for a LONG time.

  Right click on the Recycle Bin > properties > size under Custom, how many MBs are awarded?
  Mine is 1023 MB. I saw someone almost 5000 MB.

  Increase size, play with the numbers until the darn bac actually works the way it should be.

  Go to C:\Users\\Favorites\Favorite Bar, check the shortcut's properties, they could be hidden. I've seen several cases where the virus hides the shortcuts.

  Hello, Im under Vista Ultimate SP2 [32 bit] and what ever updates etc, there is so much current im.  Suddenly the list on the left side of the Start Menu [under the waiting list] shows all the programs that have been recently opened/used. It allows to view, obviously Ive done something along the way but don't can't seem to retrace my steps back far enough. Clicks to memorize and display properties are all not verified so no problem there.  Can someone please help with this annoying problem. May thanks, has soon.
