  If the normal import process fails - get an account on OneDrive, Photos of Google or Upthere.com

  You can download the images to the cloud via the phone services and download them to the computer

I want that they come back then I right-click the notification area, went to properties and arrived at the tab Notification area.   See the other answer (s) you got but also note the following: the first thing to do is to ensure that there is no CD or DVD in the drive. If it and try to boot from it, you would probably get such a message.
  If there is not, there is a good chance that the hard drive is dead and must be replaced.

  First of all, make sure that you don't have two accounts with the same address. What happens if one of them is an iCloud account.

  From the Mail menu bar, you select

  ▹ Connection Doctor window

  In the window that opens, look for an SMTP (outgoing mail) account with a name that corresponds to the account that you are trying to add. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. Click the sign button less to remove the corresponding one, and then click OK.

  Try to add the email account again. If you still can not, log off or restart the computer, and then open the preferences window accounts Internet and check if the account is displayed.
