  No, you will not have to cancel your account. On Messenger spammers collect information from different sources of spam with you with the request.

  Here are ways to slow down (and possibly eliminate) in total.

  1. go to http://account.live.com

  2. sign in with your Hotmail / MSN / Live email address and password (which is identical to your identifying e-mail)
  3. in the left sidebar, click Profile Details.

  4. on the next page, click change your shared profile.
  5. click on the link next to shared with.
  6. uncheck the box next to everyone (Public). This will help you keep your sharing account ID.
  7. click on the "Save" button

  NOTE: also, make sure that you change the password for your Hotmail account.

  It sounds like you do not use the right smtp server to send the e-mail.

  Please check what 'Sender A' smtp server account uses.
  'Tools' > 'Account settings' for the e-mail account
  or
  Right click on the email account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".
  Lower-right - outgoing (SMTP) server - select the correct SMTP server for that e-mail account.
  See the image below as an aid.
  Click OK

  If you are unsure about what to do please post the following information:

  I have you given you all that I have.  I've seen a lot of these in the past 6 months or so.

  Your best bet is not here, because your question has nothing to do with the Windows XP operating system, or his relationship with the network, mail, and online layout.  Your best bet is on the Forums of Hotmail.

  Well, you are more than likely using the IMAP email and seeing the record created by your ISP.
  As already said Thunderbird does not use the word spam for anything whatsoever.
