  I see that your calendar on your iPhone app is cold. Have you tried the following steps:

  Restart the application

  Close the application , and then open it again.

  Restart your device

  Turn your device, then turn it on again.

  Look for the iOS and app updates

  1. Make sure you use the latest version of iOS.
  2. Open the App Store and press updates.
  3. If updates are available, click all to update.
  4. If requested, enter your Apple ID.

  You might need a WiFi update applications.

• How can I check that Adobe AE CC correctly updated to v12.2

  Adobe Updater is telling me I have the latest version, but I'm not sure.

  Here's why.

  1. The box about still shows AE version 12.0.0.404
  2. The date of the file to AfterFX.exe rest 23/05/2013 and also shows that the version 12.0.0.404
  3. Features that are announced as new in version 12.1 are not displayed:

  (including: command to move the anchor point to the center of the content)

  4. the characteristics that are advertised as new in version 12.2 do not appear as:

  (including: command to convert a path of the parametric form of a Bezier curve layer)

  That said, the AE and CC Panel the two see the After Effects as being most common (although they do not mention a version #)

  I tried uninstalling, rebooting and then using CC to reinstall without change.

  I also manually downloaded and installed the update to 12.2... no change.

  Any suggestions?

  Last night I was warned by the CC that AE had yet another update. Cool, maybe it would be one that would take. Nope.

  After you apply the update, AE was always hanging on the 12.0.0.404 version. More frustrating was contradictory insurance the proggie CC AE was indeed up to the latest version.

  How can this be? I wish I could just say it was a stroke of genius on my part that has solved the Riddle, but it was really just dumb luck.

  While exploring the updates that I had previously downloaded, I noticed a subfolder in my download called "Adobe after effects CC" folder Now, it's on a completely separate disk that hosts my working copy of the AECC that was installed to, and is run from the default location on my C drive. I looked inside the stray folder and I saw what appears to be a viable AECC install? I checked the version numbers were right on AfterFX.exe. For a reason that remains a mystery, we had installed Adobe CC, without the initiative of the user or notification, a second copy of the AECC on a different drive and in a subfolder of the folder my downloads.

  To solve this problem, I have replaced the old files with the new ones, deleted some plugins which have changed due to updates, back my series for a few plugins and everything works as it should... that is, until the next update

  TLDR; During a reinstallation or update process, AECC can install to the default location. If your updates have not been applied, search your drives for a stray copy of AE.

  I never take a laptop apart to clean the fan.

  Here's what I do...

  Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery.

  Find a thin object such as a straight pin in place through the air intake fan and make sure it happens between two of the fan blades to avoid the fan turns.

  Get one of these cans of compressed air to dust and spray it in the fan intake and exhaust fan a few times, I look for dust to move on the vents.

  When I see more dust blowing, I consider the work completed.

  Reconnect the battery and a/c adapter.

  Hello, this is my first post here so tell me if I missed any information.

  Anyway, I have a Pavilion e017dx laptop for almost 1 year and its extremely hot performance, (85 degrees Celsius by writing this, according to Speccy) so I suspect the fan is getting plug.

  I looked at a few tutorials on youtube, but they all require completely disassemble the laptop to get to the fan.

  I don't want to take any chances with my laptop, so I was wondering if there is another way to clean the fan?

  I use canned compressed air for cleaning electronics. You can buy in most stores selling electronics or accessories for electronics. Wal Mart, K-Mart, Best Buy, Staples, etc.

  It comes with a small straw attached to can with masking tape that you can use to insert in the holes of ventilation, ports & other openings in the case to do a deep cleaning. I use this on my two cell phones every few months. Even use it on desktop here.

  I suggest you to generate system health report to check if the system is working properly. To run the system health report, follow the steps below.

  1. click on start

  2. go in Control Panel

  3 go to the Tools and performance information

  4 search for Advanced Tools in the left panel of the window.

  I solved it! I disabled ULPS as a result of this http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1904869/disable-ulps-amd-crossfire-setups.html . All is well now! This is the quick start again!
