  Hi all, my keyboard has suddenly stopped working. I was installing an upgrade of El Capitan (later) and when the computer is restarted, it gave me this message that the bluetooth keyboard was not detectable. Well, I don't have an external keyboard, just the Interior came with the laptop. I have reset the pram and it still does not work. I looked at the system preferences and beach seems to be in check. Is it time to this service or do I still have options?

• Unable to print on hp psc 1350 all-in-one of imac (os 10.6.8) but capable of scanning

  Unable to print on HP psc 1350 all-in-one of iMac (OS 10.6.8) but capable of scanning; also able to print other printers connected to the same computer.  The printer is connected directly via the USB port and I downloaded and installed software for printing on Mac using OS 10.6.  Shows the impression that labour is on hold whatever program originating the print job.  The State of the 'mistake' poster print job, but there is no information about error numbers or other details of the error. The correct printer is selected by default and layout is correct.  The printer has been disconnected, turned off and restarted and the computer has been restarted several times.  Able to print/scan/to 1350 PSC all-in-one of older Mac laptop (OS 10.5.8).

  Additional suggestions are sincerely appreciated.

  If you are using Snow Leopard or Lion and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard or Lion and had the software HP on your Mac before you upgrade - even if you made a standard from the old software uninstaller or installed new software on top of it) , you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Cmd keys on the keyboard at the same time as you click on uninstall< this="" is="" the="" scrubber="" option,="" there="" is="" no="" button="" labeled="">
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Restart your Mac

  Now reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
  -Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  I can help you with your 1350 PSC and your Mac running 10.9.3.

  There is no full feature software and driver of HP, but the pilot of Mavericks v10.9 OS X for your printer is available through Apple Software Update (ASU).

  With this driver, you can still print and scan, you'll just have to scan from HP software. Scan to the computer from the printer control panel is available only when you use the HP scanning software, so it won't work because there is no scanning software HP as part of the Apple Software Update driver.

  Have you tried to download the driver from the HP website? Try HERE.

  Also, make sure that you select the operating system in the drop down menu to your laptop. To check what operating system, you must follow THESE instructions.

  I know what "Congratulations" means, but I do not understand what the word means when it is added to my ad. In any case, I thought about how to digitize and transmit images in color. It's easy.   (1) click on the print icon in the dock. A hp psc 1350 all-in-one window will appear.

  (3) click on the double triangles after 'genre' to open the drop down menu.

  (4) select 'colour' in the menu dropdown.

  (5) click "scan" at the top and right of the window of all-in-one hp psc 1350.

  (6) you can take it from there. I did, and I'm really bad at this kind of tning.

  Yes, the PSC 1300 series includes the PSC 1350, this driver should work fine.

  I have a Mac OS 10.8 and a psc 1350 all in one.  The printer was working earlier today.  I changed the cartridge, and when I went to print, it would not print.  I show not all printers in my system preferences.  He showed the 1350 all-in-one as the default printer.  I tried to download the driver and I got the following error cannot open the application "HP Print OS X" because the Power PC applications are no longer supported.  I tried to add a printer and nothing seems to work.

  I don't understand how or why the printer was working early today totally frozen and wipe everything off the computer.  Can you please help me get my printer to work?    All of the suggestions! I know the printer is old, but he was working until just now.  Thank you.

  The error you get is usually caused by pc power applications not supported in 10.8.

  Where did you download the driver from?

  I would like to reset the printing system.

  Note: it will erase all other printers listed, but you can add them right back.

  Click on the apple system/preferences/print & scan/hold control button and the click of the mouse in the white of the screen, reset the message box printing system appears, click Reset printing system, then put the mac password when prompted.

  Try to add the printer in return.

  You may need to get resettled again pilots. Here's a url for installing drivers 10.8 for the psc 1350.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and

  My Lenovo T61p 6457 has suddenly stopped working.

  When I turn it on I see the power and drive green lights HARD turns on and since another computer on my network I can access individual files on the hard drive the T61p.

  However when I connect the T61p via a VGA cable for an external monitor to work I don't see Windows or images on the screen!

  Do you think it is just a problem with the screen or is there something else?

  The screen currently installed on the T61p 6457 is WSXGA 1680 x 1050 (Samsung LTN154P2-LO5).

  I found a job WUXGA 1920 x 1200 with inverter and cable in the box of original case Lenovo T61p high - that will work in my T61p?
