My i-cloud email account is closed because I did not use to iTuenes.

I got the Apple e-mail <[email protected]> with subject ""unlock now until you lose it "."  I often use i-Cloud email.  But because I have not bought anything on the same iTunes account, that apple is forced to close my account.

Is it true.

I get the Apple Bill, every month for my storage on iCloud 50 GB Plan and I pay.

Do I really need to buy anything from iTunes to open my account?

I called Apple yesterday and transferred to iTunes, waited on hold for hours and no one answered. Try to open this case since they took contact with me by e-mail.  I typed the information and the screen come back "we're sorry.  We are unable to respond to your request at this time.  Please try again or come back later. I tried again and the same message.

Need HELP!  Thank you!

The email you received is a phishing scam. Do not click on links in the e-mail. Send the email to [email protected].
