  Your HL will start automatically in these two scenarios:
  (1) the application is installed on the device (there is no front)

  I have a smallproblem. My Satellite C650 does not start when my android phone is plugged into the USB port. It sticks to the Toshiba start screen. I checked the boot order and the hard drive is the first on the list, so it isn't that. Any advice will be welcome.

  Hi Mark,

  The fan lights normally the POST process before loading the BIOS. Your laptop will continue to boot normally, I presume that your fan control electronics is still viable, otherwise the MESSAGE would fail. So, it seems likely that the problem is with the fan itself. I suggest you check that the fan will run in fact and it missed upward (try to blow strongly in grids).

  If you laptop is still under warranty, then you must contact an ASP to get the fan replaced.

  Hello, I have a problem with the SATELLITE L40-139

  I read your post on the issue with the laptop won't start does not and wanted to help you!  I understand that the screen is damaged and you are using the external monitor to view the screen.  However, now that the laptop does not start, you can see is more of the external screen to see what is happening.

  From my understanding, you should not be able to see an image on the external monitor, until you start the operating system.  You can try to perform a system restore by using this document:

  HP computers - performing a recovery of system HP (Windows 7)

  You may be able to follow along, long enough until the image is displayed on the external monitor.  Otherwise, you can contact HP support by phone, for additional options.

• Safari does not start, or crashes on the selection

  My Safari now plays too much upward. It does not start at all. Hangs on the selection, with the message that "Safari quit unexpectedly. " Click open to open the application again.   Run the Console application in one of the following ways:

  I have a desktop HP Pavilion p6-2054uk (Windows 7 64 bit - i5, 3.00 Ghz - 6 GB of RAM) that I bought in 2012 and especially use of HP products.

  By starting my PC the other day, it will not start and crashes on the HP splash screen. When you press ESC, F10 and F1 and F8, it simply changes the screen to a black screen with 7 lines of text giving the details of my PC base on this subject. It should give me other optins at this stage, but does not work.

  The HP Pavilion p6-2054uk hard drive does not start even another hard drive OS I've tried from another computer with Windows 7 64 bit on it. Troubleshooting a few others, I even tried a fresh new hard drive in it with a new copy of Windows 7 64 bit to install into the CD Rom and it will not yet go through the HP start - that is abnormal screen since usually, it detects the Windows CD and install. Furthermore, fans in the PC work normal, as the eject the power of the PC CD ROM light is on too. I tried all the three available inside power cables and tried diferent nine cables sata/data and another monitor entry too, all to nothing done.

  The hard drive that was in the HP Pavilion p6-2054uk when he stopped to start up is fully accessible when placed in the other machine I have. Therefore, it is still operational.

  The notable thing only I did in the days before it were installing Adobe Creative Suite 6 but I do not think that it would cause a major problem like this, noting also that another hard disk OS (without Creative Suite 6 is installed) and a new facility wouldn't start either.   I suggest that you perform all hardware diagnostics in the BIOS/UEFI.   After that the laptop goes into mode 'sleep', I'm not able to go back to Windows. All light are there and watch as usual, but there is no Lenovo Welcome logo or any other sign of normal behavior. I can turn it off by holding the button market / stop, but when I turn back the problem is still there. Windows does not start.

  I was able to go back to Windows that day after leaving just laptop without any power and battery.

  I called Lenovo and they suggested to disable the standby modes use put into hibernation. I did it. When the screen saver started, something went wrong, computer got froze and I had to restart, but then again, black screen and no reaction.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  That's what I end up doing. OnKeyrecover does not work either so what spoke on the phone with Lenovo. Then he is gone now for repair.
